Friendliness, cleanliness, location, etc.… Excellent place and we will definitely stay here again!

The property didn't have enough luggage dollies… And we were on the fifth floor. We waited and waited for one to become available and it never did. So we had to use the elevator several times going back-and-forth to the car. We got there in the evening and this was a bummer! Maybe the hotel can put a system in place where people have to return them immediately or get charged? I don't know maybe not that but something! That was really frustrating. Other than that, we loved our stay. (Also, it was the same problem when we checked out! None available. )

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Just such a lovely place and I can’t wait to stay again. The hotel manager, Ramona, she does a fantastic job and her staff is equally caring. And, let me tell you what, this hotel has the BEST BREAKFAST hands down. Also, the room.. I actually got quite emotional when I opened my king suite.. Vaulted ceiling.. just so beautiful and lush. Just can’t say enough good things about it. And they even catered my special accommodations request of being booked on the ground floor. What a treat! Thank you so much SpringHill Suites!!

I thought the breakfast was okay , i would like to see more fruit options available for breakfast; however it was a great value for families and single guests. The EV charging was a great value along with community shopping, restaurants and other venues cultural and entertainment wise.

My stay was very nice, staff was friendly & accommodating. Amenities were great. Great value for EV traveling, inside pool. Many stays at these venues ultimately rely on the staff and this staff should have been commended. Thank you Spring Hill Suites.

We booked 1 night on the way to Miami and another on the way back. The primary reason we chose this hotel was it had EV chargers and included an excellent breakfast with nice vegan options. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet.

- 1 of the Tesla destination charger cables was broken. I notified the staff. I managed to charge with another. It is better to fix it and install more chargers since, both times, all the chargers were occupied. - the sliding bathroom doors pinched the kids' fingers between the handle and the wall. - as a father of 3 daughters, I find the idea of having a sliding semi-transparent bathroom door a terrible idea. My daughters have the same thoughts.

The staff was great!!! The guy Andrew at the front desk was very informative when arriving. He signed me up for a Bonvoy account. When leaving Ramona let us check out a 1hr later due to the fact I wasn't feeling good that morning with no problem. Very clean and comfortable. Love the location. I told my husband I would like to take him to stay again for a date night when back in Charlotte.

I missed out on the breakfast, due to the fact that I wasn't feeling well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Location was great! Staff friendly! Atmosphere peaceful! Area was filled with shopping options! Breakfast was plentiful! The bar was nice! The room was clean and very comfortable! Just all around great time! We will definitely be back!

The young lady that checked me in tried to charge me $30.00 more than what I booked for. I questioned the pricing as to why it changed. She did whatever in the system and was able to see what I should have been paying versus what she was trying to charge me. Even though she corrected it, I didn’t like that she had no explanation as to why she was trying to give me an up charge and was able to see exactly what I booked for after I asked why. A bit strange too me.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

The only thing we had a problem with was the bar not being open. It was NYE and we wanted to sit there and drink a few. We understand why it wasn't. There weren't many people staying at the hotel at that time.

Loved the comfortable beds, clean pool, low noise level. Staff was friendly and accommodated us when requesting rooms close together. Bathroom was clean and it was nice to have the mini fridge, and microwave in our room. Close proximity to Carowinds. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast had a good deal of variety; the bed was very comfortable and the layout of the suite was such that one did not feel at all crowded....Love the fact that the washroom was divided into separate shower room and toilet rooms!

Nothing that I would want to improve upon.

Breakfast was good. I was particularly impressed by the provision of oat milk to accommodate those that are lactose intolerance and vegetarians. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus. The pool was clean and the water temperature was comfortable.

It will be very helpful if the hotel could offer shuttles to and from the airport for accessibility and comfort. Granted that gas prices are high, reasonable charges to offset the cost will be better than using Uber, Lift or taxi.
