clean room, great shower, absolutely loved the out of the way room we were in, which i think we were lucky with. Having come from a regional area, the amazing spacious shower with the most beautiful water pressure was amazing. And i loved the shampoo/conditoner/shower gel dispensers that were on the wall. Location is easy to find and close to most things.

I guess there were 2 things that could have been improved on. With the heat, walking into the non air cond room was a bit intense, took ages to cool the room down so having the air con going before arrival would have been nice. And there was no washers to use the gel. But these are very small things.

The renovated rooms are fairly basic, but very clean and also surprisingly spacious. Good sized bathroom & large shower, nicely presented. It was nice to have an outdoor area to sit, although a security screen so that the sliding door could be left open while in the room would be advantageous. Bar fridge, TV, kettle, microwave & hairdryer all supplied. Efficient & friendly front office staff.

No smart TV for streaming Netflix or Stan etc. There appears to be cafe facilities in the reception area, however I don't think it is currently operating

Was central to all we needed for the weekend. Good pressure in shower. Cleaned daily(bed made and new towels) relatively quiet(road noise) considering location.

Easy to miss driveway access and quite set back. Layout is a little odd and parking not overly generous but functional and seemingly plentiful. Neighbour decided to go exploring the back of rooms with interconnected privacy "yards". Drain in bathroom would smell after showers badly and extraction fan sounded damaged and got louder longer it ran, could hear neighbour next door while in room

My room was clean & tidy and the bed was comfortable. The shower was large & the bathroom was very nice & very clean. The receptionist was friendly & welcoming & it was easy to check in, even though I arrived early. Location was perfect 👍

It would have been good to have some tissues, air freshener spray & face washers in the bathroom. Also, cutlery & crockery. And ice in the fridge freezer.

Location was great. Quiet with minimal traffic noise. Close to shops and restaurants.

To be picky..Parking needs to be marked with lines and room numbers. On arrival there were no parks left near our room then after coming back from a function 1 car used up two spaces so again we had nowhere to park. Wasn’t convenient to park elsewhere having my elderly mother with us. Our bathroom had a very large bubbled glass window in the shower which was very uncomfortable for me and my mother feeling like we were being watched from the outside. So we Showered with the lights off.Lol

We liked having a room opposite the pool. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved that there was a microwave, kettle and basic chinaware.

The room smelled slightly of smoke, even though there was a no smoking sign. The shower drain was blocked, which meant the shower water overflowed into the bathroom floor, but then went down the floor drain. The shower curtain wasn't securely attached and fell down. The hair dryer didn't work.

I've previously been to self-contained units with nothing it. I am grateful that there's tea and coffee, milk, and dishwashing equipment provided. Thank you very much!

There was a used Post-it note left behind on the TV and not taken off. It is like the screen wasn't wiped down properly. People parking the next to pool, where our room was. It should be marked as a term loading bay. It would have been nicer for myself and the group of people I stayed with when unloading luggage to and from our room. Luckily, the weather was beautiful.

Three clothing hangers only. Pillow was quite soft. No box tissue provided.

Very kind reception staff, spacious room, good facilities and close access to shopping. Would love to stay again!

Loud neighbours. It was likely someone visiting for the footy but they were very loud very early in the morning and had no consideration for others staying nearby. Other than that, no complaints!

for us it was a one night stay so was pretty much get there dump bags, go do what we were down for, sleep and leave so didn't have a chance to really look around the place but has exactly what you need for a short stay, clean etc. Only met a staff member briefly on check out as we got there after reception closed but they were polite and friendly.

nothing really would have to really nit pick like the pillow not good for me but thats just something really silly.
