This was my first stay in a hotel of the "Hestia Hotel" group and I must admit that I am very pleased. The hotel met all my expectations, everything was as in the offer, and even better. Check-in (and check-out) very efficient, fast and hassle-free. Service at the reception very nice, smiling and helpful. Clean room, equipped with everything a tourist like me needs (TV, Wi-Fi, safe and fridge), with a large comfortable bed, large windows and a view of the marina. Clean bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, with a sufficient supply of towels... everything you need:) I must say that the breakfast buffet here is really varied and sufficient for anyone who needs to eat a good and filling breakfast. Big appreciation for local fish dishes for breakfast! The advantage of the hotel is the location close to the ferry terminals and really not far from the Old Town! Generally, everything in this hotel worked as it should and my stay was successful thanks to it, so I will gladly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

Great location - close to the Harbor Terminal and the Nautica Shopping mall. Walking distance to the Old Town and its attractions. Was easy to locate and the facilities inside were very good. Breakfast was fantastic and loved the ambience inside.

That one evening, the whole hotel stank of sewage water - Outside the hotel, there was water overflowing (probably sewage again!) and again inside as well - I did inform the reception and they told me that help is on the way. Not sure if it was a one-off occurrence or a regular one - But this was definitely a big put off! In some more time, there was a cleaning truck clearing the sewage line and things were then back to normal - But those 2 - 3 hours were really hell both inside and outside.

Good coffee and bread at breakfast. Good selection of other items. Convenient and quiet location. Friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a minor plumbing issue which was promptly solved.

Sugary syrup "juices" at breakfast. If you had loud neighbours, you cld hear them. This fake / false "we are green" act annoys and irritates me......signs up about the environment everywhere but the bathroom washbasin has no plug. That's not green at all.

Great hotel in a great location with very convenient parking in the basement of the building. Close to the old town with a view of the port. The best breakfasts I've ever had. In addition to many hot dishes, there was a huge selection of cold cuts, fish, dairy products. You could choose eggs boiled for 5 or 8 minutes - just the way you like them. A large selection of juices and even vanilla or chocolate ice cream to choose from. Very large rooms and comfortable beds. If I visit Tallinn again, this hotel will be my first choice. In addition, the staff was nice, competent and helpful. It was a great stay.

This is a stylish and modern hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and I had a great 2 night's sleep. Slippers are available upon request, which was a nice touch. My room faced the harbour, and the night view was beautiful. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel has a 24-hour gym, which is great for guests who like to work out. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There's a large shopping mall right across the street, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and also just 10 minutes to the harbour where you can catch the ferry to Helsinki. We booked a twin room with an extra bed. However, when we checked in, we found that there were only two single beds. After informing the front desk, a staff member came to our room promptly to check, confirmed the extra bed was missing, and arranged for it to be set up right away. We appreciated the quick response and helpful service. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

We stopped in Tallinn for 1 night before going to Helsinki by ferry, hotel location for this was excellent: just 5-7 min walk from the terminal. There is also a shopping center right across so that is also great. Walk to old city center is about 15-20 min but it's ok & manageable. Staff was exceptional, very polite & helpful. We also got a free room upgrade (I guess they were overbooked on our room type) which was also a great way to handle overbooking & we're grateful for this. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of cold cuts, vegetables, fruit, ice cream(!), herring, salmon, meat, porridge, pastries & desserts, few kinds of juices, an espresso machine, teas, etc. Very good breakfast for the foodies. Storage room is very secure & staff locks it - thank you! View over a harbor & boats was a very nice touch & was relaxing.

I wish we stayed longer, it was truly a great hotel experience - thank you so much!

Awesome location, so close to promenade, old town, Roterman, resturants, and marina. No noise, just a peaceful location. Wonderful hotel, great supermarket close by with awesome wine selection. Good little walk along the ports cruise promenade as well. It was an amazing hotel, so glad we found it, highly recommended to any visitors young, old,, great value for money. .

Wanted longer in location. There is so much to do, but not enough time. Might be a long wait before we get back. Can't recommend it enough, neither of us found a thing we didn't like. Had a week at a big brand european named hotel, but really enjoyed this location and relaxed stay more. Being forced by the app to write more..... .

The hotel has an excellent location right next to the yacht harbour. Rooms with balconies have a beautiful view of the sea and the port, just across the street the shopping mall is just super convenient and the oldtown with all the historical views is just a nice little walk. The room was nice, comfy and bright with the huge windows from wall to wall, and the buffet breakfast had a really wide of cheese, cold cuts, fish and also warm options to choose from. We can really recommend the hotel, Staff Members at the reception desk are very helpful, it was a nice experience. Glad to have selected this accommodation.

Very nice hotel located on the waterfront. It is very convenient for the ferry terminals and the nearby Nautica shopping centre. We had a balcony room overlooking the harbour which made our stay more enjoyable. Housekeeping responded to a request for extra pillows and coffee sachets within minutes. We also thought the breakfast was very good.

The only thing I could suggest to improve the hotel would be to replace the bottle of hand sanitizer at the restaurant reception desk with a proper hand cleaning station like some of the restaurants in the city.

We liked the breakfast and the positioning of the hotel (that is close to a tram station, that is close to a shopping mall, that is close to the port, that is a nice walking distance to the city center). It's an overall good value for money hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities.

Two things we did not like so much. The first thing is that, during winter time, the central heating system of the hotel did not manage to warm the rooms as it should be so the rooms may be a bit chilly, especially for women. But the hotel staff was very helpful and they provided us with an electric heater. Thank you! The second thing is that the pillows could be more comfortable. As we both have a neck problem they were a bit stiff for us, but we are subjective on this issue. For others the pillows could be just right.
