We stayed for one night in a beautiful family room - plenty of space for two adults and a toddler, and it was great that we could request a cot to be left in the room for our arrival. The bed was super comfortable, the towels were nice and fluffy, and our toddler loved the giant bath tub. The grounds are very pretty, and we had a lovely dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Two small complaints about the room - the couch wasn’t very comfy, and there was a crack in the top of the TV screen. We didn’t watch it for long enough to care, but for a longer stay it might be a bit annoying.

The hotel was the nicest hotel myself and my partner have stayed in. The location was perfect and staff were lovely. Cannot fault our stay one bit and we would love to return. You’re close to the centre of Cheltenham, Bourton on the water and clarksons pub (the farmers dog) all no more than a 20 minute drive away. The food was lovely and staff were so helpful and friendly. It was exactly what we needed, a relaxing getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had nice little touches i.e. cookies provided on both days when room was cleaned and bottled water by the bed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful, historic property with lots of nooks and crannies, corridors and interesting rooms. Receptionist was excellent - friendly and helpful, and we were very grateful for the unsolicited room upgrade. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage, quality coffee and tea making facilities and the best home made biscuits I’ve ever had!! Super-comfortable bed and soft pillows; very cosy on a cold night. Generous sized bathroom shower with lovely toiletries. Lots of thoughtful touches. Dinner was very pleasant, decent menu options, well cooked and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good quality with cooked to order items and self service options. I would definitely stay here again.
There was really nothing to complain about, but if I was being seriously picky the coffee at breakfast served in cafetières wasn’t my favorite. It was also very busy in the afternoon because the rare British sun was out - but can’t really complain about that either!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was peaceful and silent at night, perfect for a restful getaway. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were delicious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The setting was stunning, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and natural beauty. Highly recommended!
Breakfast price could have been clearer as stated £15 with the room but we were given a menu with individually priced items on.

Beautiful property, from thr rooms to the bar & restaurant. Even the outside - would love to come. Bsck in the summer. Attention to detail was spot on- fresh cookies and personalised letter -appreciated
However needs lights shining over thr patio. We stayed in room 24 and was pitch black walking through the patio. Certainly a hazard as it was raining heavily too. Also thr TV should have more options - GooGle chrome cast would have done the job. Allows you to watch catch up without signing into Netflix/prime/itvx. Although you can’t control the weather - as England weather is, particularly autumn /winter it would be nice to have the option to borrow an umbrella & wellington boots. These would have helped us with the weather conditions and our planned activities.

We absolutely loved our stay and everything was very comfy with beautiful surroundings. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, especially Kelwyn - thank you for the sausages for patch for his breakie :)
Only thing I would mention is that our wardrobe wasn’t cleaned on arrival and had clothes labels and Tupperware with strawberry tops in it. Felt that the cleaning side just needs a little more attention, this didn’t however impact our stay only feel it is constructive for your cleaning staff.

We waited a while to visit The Frogmill as it has been full every time we've visited the Cotswolds - but it was worth the wait. The staff, room and food were all great and we are already planning a return trip.
We were in cottage #24 which is next to the storage garage. There was a lot of noise at 04:30 which, we established at checkout, was the linen deliver driver. This wasn't the fault of any staff member at the Frogmill but it might be worth mentioning to their vendor that banging doors and rolling trollies over gravel isn't great for people trying to sleep.

The building was stunning, as was the food and the drink. The Neck Oil was probably the best I’ve ever had and the Lamb Shank was simply delicious. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.
There was a bit of mould by our bedroom window and the TV had a weird blue hue to it but it wasn’t anything major. It was also a bit disappointing to be told when we checked in that for £15 we had breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee. It wasn’t specified that it was only the filter coffee so lattes, flat whites and cappuccinos, for example, weren’t included.

The Hotel is beautiful as are the surrounding grounds with the stream flowing through them. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night and the risotto was absolutely delicious and the lemon meringue dessert was huge! The rooms are really comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and beautifully prepared. I would definitely stay here again!
The bathroom with our room was very small, but I think that's part of the charm of the old building. The nearby A40 is quite noisy and busy.

The room was very comfortable everything worked and it was tastefully decorated my dinner of crispy duck salad was excellent and if I had not chosen that would have had venison so a good general menu. I was able to work in my room or the desk was not over cluttered. Good biscuits and tea after my drive
Didn’t realise that my accommodation was in a separate bungalow building reasonably close but tired after the drive was a bit of a pain in the rain very good accommodation facilities but I thought for the price I should have been in the main building. Staff were good in that they were flexible. My fault possibly at 85 I should have asked for help in taking my cases to my room.
