Bran new hotel and facilities. Really enjoyed the decor! Location is great with a metro stop just across the road.

I don’t understand why many new hotels still include a TV in each room. Seems so unnecessary. Can’t find anything else to complain about since everything was great!

Our stay in the hotel was great and faces my family expectations.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, thanks to its excellent soundproofing. It provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful design. The large, bright window let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.

It could be better if the desk could be accompanied by a chair instead of a stool.

Our request for gluten free option for (paid) breakfast met with great response, outright solving one of few problems we expected during our stay in Vienna. The hotel and the facilities are new, and there is option to buy some essential supplies like slippers, shaving kits or drinks/snacks from vending machine on the floor. The requested iron was provided swiftly. The bar is very nice, with an inner garden and even some gluten free options available in the hot dish menu.

If anything, some minor conveniences could be added to the rooms - there was a kettle, but no dedicated cups for drinking or bagged tea. But this is just a minor issue.

Comfortable with good soundproofing. The location is very good for nearby conference centres and ok for the city with the U1 line. The Alten Kaisermulhe restaurant nearby was nice as was The View on the far side of the river.

I did not take breakfast as I could not believe it would justify the 25 euro price tag. One night I ate in the adjoining Seven Botanicals restaurant and the food was poor. No idea if its the same catering team but it convinced me that the super expensive breakfast was unlikely to be worth it. There are nearby sensibly priced options for breakfast so don't worry about that.

Very quick and easy to checkin. Staff very helpful when we needed iron and board it was provided quickly. Hotel foyer is lovely its nice to sit there. Dining areas also great especially outside. Rooms very good bathroom and shower facility also decent. Beds comfortable. Location good a short metro ride and you are in the city and westfield shopping and resturants are 2 stops away. Donau Park very close by as is the river if you want to go boating.

No mini fridge would be nice to put drinks. Breakfast very expensive at 25 euro a person this is a bit much and you dont have many options nearby.

Initially the location was very convenient for me: not in the city center but close to VIC. The possibilities for the transfer to the airport and visa versa were great, airport bus, train metro etc. The breakfast was amazing with fresh bread croissants, fruits, pancakes etc. and the 7 Botanicals restaurant met my dietary preferences with several option; vegan, gluten-free and veggie. Hotel was clean and the room had everything needed. The staff was very helpful. I also loved the cloak too with private locked closets in every size. I would definitely stay in my next trip again.

The hotel's design is truly impressive, with high-quality materials that enhance the overall experience. Situated in front of the rather unappealing UN office, it's a refreshing and stylish retreat in the area. A great place to relax and recharge. Highly appreciated!

The staff seems somewhat unsure of their tasks service is fair, but there is minimal engagement. When asked about the building in front of the hotel, none of them seemed to know what it was. Ordering beers was savage standard. While the experience was pleasant overall, a bit more attentiveness from the staff would enhance the stay.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful stay. The hotel is modern and features a nice design style, not a generic one. A great quality of fittings and very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast had many choices, I also had two lunches at the hotel restaurant, and both were very nice. The location is perfect for a conference centre and the airport transfer bus stop is in front of the hotel, making the travel a breeze. Would totally recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed the close proxemity to the U1 metro and possibility to walk in Donau Park. The hotel room looked really stylish and everything was clean. Bed and blanket were super comfortable. A big surprise for us was a nice ambient hotel restaurant with amazing drinks and a great staff speaking english.

We paid money for tea and coffee machine alongside with the cups and capsules, tea bags etc. We had to ask three times to have the coffee/tea cups brought back to our room after the room cleaning on day 2. The receptionist also didn't speak that much of English.
