Well located and also hidden away. Nice comfy bed, good sized rooms and a very good shower. I would definitely stay there again.

No fault of the hotel but "kids" decided to have a party outside the hotel. In the morning, there was lots of broken glass and cigarette packets right outside the hotel entrance. The area was cleaned up by the hotel and the lady apologised for any inconvenience.

Spacious apartment in city centre, near conference centre. Clean.

Based on their standard messages they usually send the keybox codes a day in advance. However, since they accept bookings on the same day, they should have a system to provide the codes or be available. Everything turned out fine, but I had some difficulty getting hold of the hotel staff to request my keycode. They didn't respond to my messages for over an hour after I tried contacting them from the train. And they only responded to the phone number they provided after two attempts.

Easy walking distance to the centre and baths. Mini apartment was roomy and felt homely.

There’s a pub nearby, and the pub people were quite loud at night. Sink tap needs fixing. Warning, the steep stairs in the building are dangerous.

Tucked away in a quiet corner all whilst being right around the city centre. The hotel and room has everything a gust can possibly ask for. It is extremely clean, comfortable and charming. Staff are very professional and friendly. For a zero-fuss stay in Baden-Baden this hotel a great pick.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The key-box system for check-in was simple and convenient. The location of the property is fantastic. The staff were wonderful :)

There were extremely loud sounds (banging, crashing) and bright flashing lights that began early in the morning directly outside the property. Perhaps it was a garbage truck? Except that it continued for longer than that. Unfortunate experience but I can’t imagine the hotel has any control over that.

Very easy to check in. Room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was super comfy. The hostess was very attentive, She send over all the necessary info and a nice txt when we left. Also it is great value for your money and just a couple of steps to the center!

Great location. Close to center of town. Staff was extremely helpful as PIN provided by booking.com did t work so we had to call them at 11pm!

There were some construction works nearby, looked like temporarily. Besides that, a great place.

The large room upstairs was very nice and had a kitchen nook. The smaller one downstairs was nice but on the smallish end. Cute little hotel.

Price a bit steep for a 3* hotel with very limited reception services (morning only?). We arrived around 6pm and had to get the keys in lockboxes. The long instructions about how to check in were emailed to us only in German (I speak it, but not everyone does). The tone was very functional and directive.

Room as per photos. No reception but used the lockbox with no issues. The Central location. Kitchen very useful. Would recommend.
