First off, the room is seriously spacious. You won't be tripping over your suitcase or running into furniture. Plenty of room to spread out and really relax, which is always a win in my book. Everything was tidy and well-kept, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The location is a little remote, so you won't be close to things if that's what you're after. But honestly, it was kind of nice to be away from all the noise and craziness of the city. It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

The host was really lovely, we got free tickets to the lake which was a 2 minute walk behind the hotel and a welcome relief from the hot day, we could also sit at the top of the shaded cafe with the dog which was really lovely. 5 mins from Lucerne in the car. Free parking outside the hotel. We had Chinese food from the hotel and sat outside with the dog which was great. The food was gorgeous. The room was lovely and big.

There wasn't any aircon but we were given a fan.

It was nice and clean room . We were just for 1 day . A bit away from main centre but was very accessible by bus station as it’s nearby. Good value for money for us. The coffee was great as it was made by staff and not from machine as seen in other hotels in Switzerland. Rest Breakfast buffet is almost same in all Swiss hotels.

Due to some bad reviews I was prepared for the worst. I almost cancelled the booking. When I arrived I was positively surprised. It is true that the infrastructure is a bit worn, and there were food odors in the staircase. But what's more, friendly and attentive staff, smooth check-in and check-out, and a clean room with fresh air. The hotel is part of a Chinese restaurant which serves really nice food. The dinner was wonderful. They also paid attention to my gluten allergy and provided gluten-free bread for the breakfast. The room had a good size and a decent desk to get some work done.

Because the curtains were not fully closable and the street lamps outside it was not really dark at night in the room.

The room was clean and good value for an overnight stay. We ate in the Chinese restaurant below the accommodation and had a delicious meal. It was great to have free parking. There is a bus stop outside and it took approx 10 minutes on the bus to Lake Lucerne centre. The breakfast was also lovely and there were facilities to make a cup of coffee/tea outside the room.

The only problem was a lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. There was a fan which we were grateful for but being August, the room was very hot.

We went to Electric Friday at Pilatus, therefore to avoid driving back to Zürich after the event, we stayed there for 1 night and it was okay. I'm glad I've asked for a fan and the lady at the reception gave me one, because it was quite warm in the room. Without this, we would not have spent a good night as if you open the window, you hear the traffic of the road. I didn't eat it as I chose to stay in bed but as per my friend, the breakfast was very basic.

Good location for bus or walking into town. Open air parking no height restrictions. Comfortable beds and clean spaces. Friendly staff

No air conditioning, so too hot and stuffy. Widows open became a mosquito feeding frenzy. Presumed communal tea and coffee set up in corridors but can’t be confirmed due low check in information.

hotel has small restaurant with good,plain food. Mostly Chinese,but very good. Also goo prices. Nice helpful staff,good room. Also very close to the bus to get to mid Lucerne.//1 Minute to stop.

All was good, so i do not have any complaints

We booked this for a one night stay before travelling on. We had a long day travelling on our motorbike so arrived about 6.30 pm. To our surprise it was a Chinese restaurant so after booking in it was good to have somewhere to eat straight away. We had the best Chinese meal we have ever had and were able to walk into Luzern for the night. Highly recommended 👌 👍. The next morning the breakfast was really good as well and set us up for our travelling.
