The location was great, a bus stop right out the hotel, on the hour and about 40 mins walk back up the hill. Nice lounge to eat and drink and clean and tidy room

We had no hot water the evening we arrived and no hot water in the morning when we asked, all we got back was we are fixing it, would have been nice to know on our arrival. This would not put me off returning as is was a very nice stay, just a technical error, it was a evening/morning cold flannel moment

Location good - bus stop right outside the hotel door into the city. It is within walking distance to the city though some of it is up hill. The room (superior) was very characterful and had some really nice touches such as a terrace and bath robes. Bars and restaurants within walking distance nearby.

There was no bar or food available during the afternoon and the evening food was very limited. The breakfast was not good value for money - the tables were not cleared and the food was basic and not stored in cooled facilities.

The staff was wonderful; especially the chef at dinner. Dinner was offered in the bar area; it was not busy, however Luben, the chef, served incredible food. I think the Marriott should showcase his talents. The breakfast buffet was excellent.👍😁

Unfortunately the Marriott was never really renovated to the potential and standards of that company we rely on. That is why it’s not of good enough value, sadly.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the Toledo city. It's about a 20min walk to the old city and alternatively there is a bus stop near the entrance and taxi available. There are also many 'miradors' or viewpoints of the old city along the road. Spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff are professional and helpful. Good breakfast and free parking.

Bus on the hour apparently otherwise a fair (20 mins) walk onto the old town. This wasn’t made clear on the write up but we are fairly fit people so didn’t find it too difficult. Loud noise late at night made by a vehicle without exhaust - which woke us. This happened on both nights.

Comfortable room with great views of the city. Good parking. Easy to get into the old town with a short taxi ride or using the bus stop right outside the hotel. Great that we could use the Turkish bath nude.

Turkish bath took a good 30 minuted to warm up from when you asked it to be switched on and should be open later than 5.00pm. Also no hooks to hang a towel or robe. A rest area for the hammam would be welcome too. The room was a bit hot, but luckily we had our own fan.

Very good breakfast with very good views from breakfast area and bar. Free parking and bus stop outside hotel. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful building with great views over the historic Old Town of Toledo. The hotel has most things that you need for a pleasant stay.

Just outside of the main tourist part of town, but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel that only takes a couple of minutes to get you into the centre.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a lovely room with a fabulous large terrace. It’s outside the town, about a 30 min walk which we were happy to do. A quiet hotel. Onsite parking. Great views of Toledo

Modern, clean, relaxed. Good parking. Enjoyed our tapas one evening. Location isn’t in city BUT bus stop outside for regular bus, I think 1 euro plus tourist bus and petite train to old town. All staff excellent and friendly.
