The apartment was very easy to find, great access information and polite communication with the host.. Very centrally located, (close to Kelham island, Cathedral, West Street and Cruicible theatre. excellent great value parking nearby with discount offered. Trams and buses on your doorstep. Clean, fully equipped including beverages, clean towels and toileteries. Very comfortable bed. Quiet, no excessive road noise, however close to city centre. Cafe open under the apartments. Nice Weatherspoons pub nearby for cheap breakfast and meals. Ideal. Fully recommended for a short stay. Will visit again.

The location is very good. No prizes for the outside curb appeal, however don't let this distract from the fact that these are very good apartments and great value. Staircase to first floor is a little unkept and requires a touch of paint and brightening up but is safe, secure and easy access. I could not see any alternative access so would pressume that disabiled access was not possible and not for anyone who can not climb stairs easily. We arrived in the dark and found it a little tricky using the key safe by the door as the outside lighting did not work. Holding your phone torch whilst trying to turn the keycode is not easy! Great facilities but several of lights not working in bedroom area and base of shower area a little discoloured.- nothing drastic though!

It was spotlessly clean and easy to find.

A lot of stairs, 2 flights before reaching the apartment, then apartment was on 3 floors . Fine for younger people but a lot of stairs for an 82 year old.

We got everything we needed for a two night stay. The apartment is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The car parking was so lovely, not too far from the apartment the car park discount was so amazing. Though the house looked old and dirty, the inside was very clean. Excellent communication with the worker and from Amanda. I will definitely come back again, and l recommend it 👍. From Nekpen O.

The arrangements of the rooms and the cleanliness are commendable. I also appreciate your negotiation with the car park which made it possible for me to pay less using the code you sent to me. Thanks very much.

Is not that I don't like it but a suggestion: Since there are no daily cleaners coming to clean the apartments, I would suggest that you get like vacuum hover and parker for the apartment. Some persons may like to use it before the end of their stay. If I had any, I would have left the apartment more cleaner than I did.

Location was close to the city centre, apartment was in a secure location, quiet and comfortable, easy to find and gain access. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities, shower excellent. Fairly good wardrobe and shelf storage in then bedroom, comfortable temperature.

lower ends of cupboard doors and corners of kitchen floor were not clean, one of the cupboard handles was sticky and there was dirt in door runner of the shower. Everywhere else seemed clean but if there is any dirt visible in a place it makes you wonder what you can’t see. The two small overhead lights in the bedroom are loose, neither work and both fell from their position, being held to the wall by their wires, when I tried to switch them on. An additional bedside table for the bed by the door would be useful.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed (only a dishwasher tablet would have been great). It was super easy to get to, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The host was really helpful in adjusting my booking and flexible with our bed preferences (double or singles).

The beds are perfect if you like really firm mattresses, though we found them a bit too hard for our preference. There were just a couple of small things missing—like some bins that hadn’t been emptied before we arrived, and the showers were a bit slow to drain.

Loaction was perfect for being in Sheffield centre. And discount for nearby car park was provided which was only a couple of minutes walk away. Sent lock box code on the day so easy entry and great communication throughout. Option given to have beds as 2 singles or a double which was good.

Nothing i can think of. Would be nice to have hooks in bathroom for towels, and in kitchen for coats is all i can really think of

Location excellent, parking unbeatable. Bed linen and towels very clean. Perfect for a short stay, easy access in and out. Basic but has everything you need inside, bathroom much better than similar properties. Host communication was prompt and detailed. Kitchen is roomy.

Some of the furnishings are a little tired in places, basic TV but its ok for the price point of this apartment. We came at a peak time over bank holiday and the price was probably a lot more than usual.

Everything in the apartment that you need for a short self catering stay. Nice that there is a dishwasher and washer/dryer although lack of instructions on how to use these made it more complicated than it needed to be hence it's not 10 stars.

Area seems to be getting more and more run down and all shops virtually empty. The Coop supermarket down the road has now closed so if you want to self cater you need to make sure you bring your own things or face a walk through the boarded up shops to find another supermarket.
