Staff was awesome. Air Conditioner worked like a champ!!! Plenty of hot water and shower pressure. Got a rental car for one day. Only €10 (if I remember correctly) to park inside their gated and locked lot. This is a huge plus if you have a rental car. The lot is right inside their hotel compound. 50 steps max from the front door. In-room kitchenette with everything we needed to cook and Moka Pot for coffee (buy your own grounds at store). Small fridge. Very convenient. Grocery store a couple blocks away. Easy walk to get what we needed. Vending machine in lobby for “fancier” coffee’s, espresso’s, latte’s. You’ll need Euro coins for that machine. Very nice Laundry mat is a 10 minute walk. Cleanest one Ive ever been in. 5 minute walk to the Tram 5 stop that will take you to Central Station. Across the street from the Tram stop is a great pastry / coffee shop. Highly recommended if you have a couple of minutes to grab something before the Tram gets there. We selected this location because it was close to friends. About an hour by tram / train to Duomo area. Location worked great for our purposes. Would use them again for sure.

Had a prompt, detailed, auto-translated response on booking.com regarding exactly how the late check-in process works. Sounds obvious, but my next booking involved a bunch of last-minute whatsapp messages and calls, feeding me the info one bit at a time in a confused jumble. The location itself is right in the middle of Milan, a two-minute walk to the metro or tram.

No air conditioning, no heating except for the bathroom. I mostly returned to the room only to sleep, but I imagine actually spending time there in the winter (or trying to sleep in the summer) is a nightmare.

It is the perfect location. I stay multiple times a year and enjoy it each and every time. The metro is just around the corner for easy access to the centre. The tram is also very close with easy access to Centrale station and the main shopping street. The rooms are clean and come with a kitchenette if you prefer to prepare your own meals

I really enjoyed the location. It was close to the buses, close to my friends location and it was, overall, a quiet and clean place.

I didn't like the fact that it was mandatory for the cleaning team to enter my room (in my country you can choose if the cleaning stuff enters your room or not) and also, I did not like the fact that over the night there were some noises caused by the generator or something. Also, the reception is not always available on the phone, as I tried to reach them out two times in order to confirm my reservation as my flight got delayed for almost 8 hours. Also, they don't have any carpets on the floor and it's a bit too cold to just stay barefoot.

I liked the retro feel of the hotel. The room was spacious, there was air conditioning (though very loud). The kitchenette could have been better equipped, but overall it was fine. Location was great for transports and there was a shop close-by but the area wasn't very nice.

When we arrived the bathroom smelled bad and there were some pieces of hair in the sink and toilet, even on the wall, so a little better cleaning, and maybe providing an air freshener for the bathroom would be nice.

We chose 'smart check in' and we were allowed to come later than the office time which was great. Everything was instructed and clear. The apartment hotel rooms were clean and had a clean bath, bedroom and a tiny kitchen to cook small things. When you check out you are able to leave your luggage at their office and they organize it for you. The staff was amazing with everything. The only note is an older themed bedroom I would say.

It is good value for money

We liked the staff and found that issues were resolved fast when something happened. Generally, it is a very good value for money stay.

The area in general in the outskirts of Millan is a little run down, it could use some repairs - it doesn't mean I didn't like it, but the area around the hotel should have the sideways fixed, so it would be easier to navigate with a babycarrige.

It's in a nice area and facilities are quite good. I did not really have any problem during my stay, and everything was describe exactly as on their page. The staff was not problematic at all.

There were some hair in the toilets, but it wasn't from us. There could've been a better explanation for the AC because the hotel is kind of old which I like, but there are no instructions. also, you can hear other peoples rooms pretty easily so it is maybe a bit hard to sleep.

The hotel was 20-30 minutes from Duomo with M2 Bus. The room was nice and clean.
