Family holiday. Drinks reasonable selection. Restaurant staff very friendly. Could get a pool longer most of the day.

Bar staff not very friendly. No music around the pool. Lifts very small. Not enough bar staff as their was long queues most of the day. The entertainment was too focused on children. Adult entertainment started at 10pm.

The room was a decent size, very clean, good shower, nice balcony with a drying rack. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach but away from the noise. Food is good, staff is friendly, big pool and a separate shallow pool for kids. Indoor or outdoor dining area. Entertainment was there but we didn't participate so can't comment on that.

2 tiny elevators for a big family hotel with many elderly people and families with strollers. Walls are thin, I heard our neighbor snoring. I'd prefer a kettle in my room as I need to wash bottles for a baby but I knew it wasn't there.

On arrival, fab location, friendly reception staff. Our room was ready early as per request. The room was lovely and quiet as on mountain side. We were on all inclusive, the food and drinks were good. Thalia was the best waitress but sadly was leaving. Peter from entertainment team was amazing.

Pati who appeared to be a restaurant/ bar manager was horrid to her staff in front of customers.

Perfect location. Tidy hotel and room. Decent size pool All inclusive was suitable for our stay.

Air con wasn't great in our room but we were only there 3 nights so wasn't to bad

Location is ideal and the food was great.

If you need an iron you had to rent the iron and board out for a week at €15 or €18. We were only staying for 2 nights.

the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean especially the bedrooms - I would recommend and stop again - the food catered for everyone, was very good and there was loads of it!

there was a drainage smell sometimes after heavy rain.

Food was excellent as was the VIP area. Service superb. Pool area spacious and clean. I had late checkout and was given a beautiful room for the day at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

I was with my daughter and although I'm 75, I am very fit and active. We were allocated a disabled room and don't know why. There was no door on the wardrobe, bathroom adjustments, making it more accessible for disabled, but it didn't suit us.

Beautiful hotel and location. Immaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Food first class. Will I retutn? Most definitely.

Didn't want to come home

Having recently returned for a 4 night stay at this Hotel, could not fault anything about it at all. Superb location, friendly and helpful staff. All inclusive deal was amazing, the food and drinks fantastic. We will be back in the not to distant future.

Everything. we have used the late checking out option and we’re really happy with it. The staff were fantastic and helpful, the facilities clean. We have stayed for B&B option and couldn’t be happier, even if we are dairy, sugar free vegetarians, we have had a lot of options for the great breakfast. If you are using the pool, the water is free of charge for everyone and the really nice addition was the apples and orange/ lemon water next to the reception. We would happily stay here again and recommend this place.
