Breakfast is ordered the day before and wasn't exactly what I'd usually like.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Nevski square. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The neighbourhood also quite nice with lots of bars and restaurants.

The breakfast was tasty but poor. Also quite inconveniently served in a room where there was no proper table to put the breakfast tray. Also it is stated in Booking that there is parking available. I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and asked about the parking and they said that parking is on the street in the blue zone and that the reception will help me further. Upon arrival we were told that indeed the reception could take care of the parking but it would cost 10 euro per day. You basically need to send an sms every two hours to update your payment from 8 am to 8 pm. But you need a Bulgarian tel nr for this. Would have been more honest to give this info beforehand rather than raise expectations of free parking.

Without a doubt, it is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. It is not like a typical chain hotel; it’s truly a unique small hotel with an exclusive design. Each room of the hotel is inspired by a remarkable Bulgarian artist. I stayed in the Thread room, and it looked gorgeous. Even better then on photos. The location is also perfect if you would like to take a walk and enjoy a couple of cocktails nearby. The staff is friendly and supportive.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection is limited, and the portions are small, but this is offset by the option to have it served right in your room.

Cute little boutique hotel! We stayed in Dahlia room and we loved it! Great design, very comfortable and clean. Room is equipped with everything you need and we just loved the large bathroom! Since it was New Year's eve, we got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. We also loved the breakfast, you choose it from the menu, but it's bistro/brunch cafe quality and very tasty. We will definitely come back.

Parking is on the street, so you depend on the availability in the area. There were holidays during our stay, so parking was free, but not sure how to pay on regular days if you do not have a Bulgarian telephone number to send an SMS for parking payment.

The rooms are original, very clean and comfortably. The breakfast fantastic - and can be had in the room or in the bar. We were working at the National Music Academy, which is two minutes walk away but the area is very nice in general with excellent restaurants and cafés, and a nice, maybe 15 minute walk to most of the major sites. The personnel very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English.

I would have give a 10 throughout but was wondering how quite the rooms would be if the hotel was full(er) because you can hear noises from the other rooms quite well. But we were lucky, few guests, therefore no bother.

Oborishte 63 impresses immediately with its cozy, elegant design and incredibly warm service. Even when we booked last minute and requested an early check-in, the hotel staff accommodated us without a hitch, greeting us early in the morning with smiles. The late checkout was just as smooth. Plus, the breakfast delivered to our room was delicious—a standout that made our stay special. I absolutely recommend it! It’s perfect for anyone visiting Sofia and looking for a cozy, welcoming place with top-notch service.

Hotel was great, good furniture and rooms are huge! Very modern and clean. Each room is different and very well put together

Breakfast was a little chaotic. Have to let the hotel know what you want for the next morning. My first croissant was stale, and it was just a bit all over the place. But good when it arrived. It can be delivered to the room also, which has a lovely balcony for the summer

Excellent location, nice small hotel, but we prefer them so. Rooms are spacious and with excellent design. Breakfast was nice. There is also a restaurant in the building with excellent food.

The breakfast is served in the room, but there is only a coffee table in the room. The architect was not thinking that there is no space for eating, because the hotel doesn't have a dinning room. The most of the staff is ver young and would need some training. A smile wouldn't hurt :) ...but I do expect a lot from the staff in a hotel like this one.

Lady on reception went above and beyond to make our stay special, it was international womens day and also my Birthday 🎂 🥳.She took the time to come to our room with a cake with extra special candles and sang happy birthday to me , how amazing is that....very special place and staff, from room decoration to breakfast delivered to our room at a requested time. Excellent service many thanks. Amazing 👏

Parking a bit of a mare, but again staff go above and beyond to help you 🙏

Easy convenient near all attractions cafes restaurants all within walking distance.. also about 15 min away from the airport .. no free parking on site but just check with the reception to make sure about the pay parking .. breakfast was amazing
