Very good value for money. Peaceful place. Very clean and friendly hosts! I asked to check out later as I had to work and continue my trip a bit later and they were super accommodating!

No complains from my side really. Only thing to consider is that the place is on kind of a hill. Still a short walk only from the beach (10-15 minutes) but maybe not ideal for older people/very young kids. Unless you have a car. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils would be nice but I’m sure the hosts would organise anything that you’d need.

The apartment was very clean and well-equiped, with the beautiful balconies and garden yards outside. The host family was very kind and hard-working, who assured me to feel safe and comfortable. They also went above and beyond to provide me with an earlier check-in, for which I am very grateful to them.

Although the apartment is only 10 minutes of walk away from the main beach attractions, the road goes up and down the very steep hills. For me, as a young and mobile person, that was completely fine, however, for families with small kids, for elderly, or those who use strollers or wheelchairs might not be, especially during heat.

The owners are very friendly. They were there all the time and made sure I was comfortable. It’s 10 min walk from centre of town but far enough to not hear the noise. The room was spotless clean. It has everything you need. Small kitchen with fridge and aircon in the room, the bed is comfortable and I slept very well. There is a full body mirror which is appreciated for a girl. 😊 My room had a lovely balcony with mountain and sea view. It’s very quiet and I’d recommend staying there. Maps take you to a long walk to get there but if you ask someone for directions they’ll send you the short way.

I’d add a small table lamp next to the bed.

Renaro has the best and most affordable place in Ksamil, maybe even in Albania. He went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. For cash use the Union Bank ATM, the others rob you of €7 withdrawl fee. Supermarket Gjordeni is great and takes bank cards. Next door is the most reasonable and best restaurant called Beshiku, cash only, everything from 250-900 Lek, and draught beer 150lek. Buses go every hour between Butrint and Sarandë. So Renato gets 10/10. I got pre season rate of under £12 a night. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing really at all. Make sure you have cash, as Renato not keen on card payment. You won't find a more hospital host. He built the villa himself, started 20 years ago, and finished in 2018. Don't go wasting money on bottled water, the tap water is free and better.

the room had great view over the lake, nice balcony, privacy, very clean house, room cleaning was included after 3 days. kitchen and fridge good, everything worked, wifi was not always fast enough, but maybe it was temporary. owner reacted promptly when we told him. less than 5 minutes walk to bakery and markets, beach just a couple of min. more. lots of beaches to choose from in town.

Host was very kind. Sheets were sooth and had lovely colored patterns on them Balcony with a great view. Wish I could have stayed longer. Bedroom was spatious and very clean. Same for bathroom. The general feel was nice, I was happy to be there and felt at ease. Could park the car right in front of the hotel.

I just thought the toilet was too close to the wall, was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that no issues with bathroom

This is the only option I will choose if I stay in Ksamil next time. I could feel very good hospitality and respect from the host. The building and rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable. It’s a totally new building.It’s in a perfect location too. I like the terrace too! It’s very quiet and safe. I wish I could stay in this apartment for longer time.

Everything was great, the hosts are extremely nice and helpful, I felt like I was visiting my family. The room is well equipped with everything, and it was very clean. If i didn't have something i could always ask them. i absolutely recommend this apartment. I stayed for 15 days and it was comfortable.

It was very clean, good value for money and the staff is friendly and helped us to have the best accomodations.

The hotel had good air condition and space for 4 people, a Kitchen, a bathroom a balcony.

The shower does not have curtain so each time you shower the bath gets flooded. In the Kitchen there was Not cooking spoon and it would also be nice to have oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as base Equipment
