Although the hotel isn’t new, you can see their hard work in maintaining and upgrading the facilities. The staff provides great service, and most importantly, the shuttle service to the MRT makes the location less of an issue. I recommend buying some food before checking in, but ordering delivery to the hotel is very convenient! Breakfast is great. The food is replenished, so if you don't run into guests with big appetites, you don't need to worry. The rooms are worth the price—clean and comfortable. The hot spring is excellent. The only downside is no lift, so you might have to go for a few stairs. This is a hotel I’d definitely visit again. You can feel their effort and care in every detail.

Loved this space! So cute with the Japanese-style room. A good bang for buck. The private hot spring bath in room was a nice addition.

Does require a bit of a walk uphill to get to. Not an issue for me, but worth noting. Check-in was not until 5 PM, which was later than I realized, but the staff was kind enough to put my bag in my room for when I returned from exploring.

The private bath with hot spring water! It was quite possibly the best part of my stay in all of Taiwan. The room with the tatami mats was very luxurious. A good location with a nearby bus stop.

The day after using the hot spring water bath - there was a pervasive smell however I attribute this to the sulfur. Would still stay here again! Hard to find on Google Maps (in English, that is).

There was a small hot spring tub in our own room, the hot water was the spring water that was directly from the mountain. The room is a Japanese Oriental Style Room with two big beds. There was smart tv and fast speed wifi which allow smooth casting of show from YouTube/Netflix/WeTv app from handphone. There was two toilet area in the room, toilet with toilet bowl and shower was separated from the toilet with the hot spring tub.

The air con is abit old with stale smell.

Nice for a hot tub bath provided, so can enjoy the hot spring within your in-house bathroom. The location is good enough closer to Beitou market for breakfast & travel to some famous hot spots.

Bad is dint have any lift provided for the staying, so need early inform for prefer lower floor staying. There is limited parking for staying, either parking at parking lots nearby of MRT new beitou with their shutter bus services.

The ambience of the property is very relaxing and a place you would like to comeback to rest and enjoy the hot spring. The staffs are helpful, friendly and efficient. There is a transport to the nearest mrt station to and fro.

The breakfast was simple and same in both of the days I stayed.

Unlimited hot spring for shower and bathtub. Spacious room. A lot of tv channels. Breakfast is so so.

Car service is available to and from Xinbeitou mrt station upon communication via Line or call. Otherwise, the hotel is hard to reach via walking.

Didn't take the breakfast as the only serve very basic dish and not really worth the price. I opt to go nearby breakfast shop to take similar type with much lower price. Is located quite a distance from commercial area. So do buy all necessary things before go to the hotel. No lift in the hotel but they have staff to help carry your luggage to the room. The hot spring bath in room is nice.

The location to far for any shop.

We were surprised to learn that the resort provided transport to and from the area around Xinbeitou Station. Our driver was extremely courteous and accommodating.
