This was a quick sleep before a flight, so the distance to the airport and the price were great! Tha staff were super nice and helpful, too! The room we booked originally turned out to be very small, so upon seeing we were on the chunkier side, the receptionist upgraded us to a slightly bigger room which housed us very comfortably 😀 The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and the shower worked, so it was all perfectly adequate for our needs. Once we closed the windows, the noise fe outside was also muffled enough, so well done there, being next to the airport!

The hotel prides itself on having been inspected by the queen in the fifties or sixties and I don't think much has changed in there since then. It's rather old fashioned and if I was making a spy movie set in the seventies, I'd definitely go here for a location shoot. Not a big fault, because what I usually look for in a hotel is a comfy bed and a convenient location with a reasonable price. But if you care about your hotels being modern, this won't be it 😅

The staff was wonderful, the executive room upgrade we were given was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (included) was a full English breakfast complete with with black pudding. There is also a lounge with complete bar service.

Airport shuttle was not included. Having said that the bus service to and from Heathrow drops you right in front of the hotel and leaves to go back to Heathrow from across the street and costs less than 2 pounds.

It was the perfect location for me. Close to the airport, right in front of a bus stop that goes directly to the airport. It was super convenient. The breakfast was amazing!

Would have give full marks but unfortunately an alarm went off at 6am waking my child and myself, I did not set this alarm or even know they had an alarm clock. But other then that everything was spot on and the beds are extremely comfortable. We had a lovely view overlooking the airport runway.

Resteraunt/bar staff not up to understanding English. Room No. required on entering, asked if I could pay before checking out, I took the given "nod" as that being O K. Woken at 22:15 demanding payment. To top it all the following day I noticed a discretionary service charge of £8.17 was added! If there was any discretion I would not have paid it due to the following circumstances. Took 4 attempts to get a lemonade for my 10 y o grandson. First 2 attempts ended up with just soda water! ( Obviously no lemon syrup in the R Whites dispenser). Could not get barman to understand this Then offered a Vodka and tonic for god's sake!!! Ended up with a can of Coca Cola. Food was basic microwave fare. Overpriced and not appetising .

Room was comfy and met our expectations for a Best Western.

Limited staff during meal times caused a long delay, especially during breakfast. There was a large bus tour group who arrived at the breakfast buffet before everyone at 7am so we had to wait an additional 20min to just get a table. Fortunately they were ready with lots of food, but made for a stressful situation when we had to get to the airport by 8:30am. Also wasn't aware there was a fee for the airport shuttle. Fortunately we still had some cash left to pay the driver when he dropped us off at Heathrow.

It's not he Sheraton so don't expect a fancy hotel, that said It's absolutely fine for a night or two as an airport stopover or if you just need a hotel in the area. Friendly helpful staff, reasonably spacious rooms, and a large comfy bed. Free continental or cooked breakfast during 2025. If you arrive by bus from airport etc the bus stop is almost outside entrance but if you come by car pay for you parking at reception when you check in. Would consider staying again if needing a Heathrow hotel.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are starting to look a little tied and could benefit from renewing. The car park can get busy so if you have to go out by car during your stay be sure to mention it to reception so they can help find somewhere for you to park on return if car park full.

Feature for this property for overnight quick stay is the excellent bottomless breakfast, featuring fried eggs and scrambled (though I found this type of scrambled eggs too watery.. coffee is okay. not distinctive enough. the machines are pumping in too much water at the end and dissolves the flavour. so I do the espresso +black coffee and add a touch of hot milk. 1 elevator works . that is not okay on very busy days, but the place is immaculate clean and friendly staff. asking for take out French fries superb! food grill at night very good and I would only recommend to have handy wipes and alcohol to keep every surface you touch from silverware to cups wiped. for extra safety. these days you never know! We carry the surface spray and use it when we return from outings. Buss service to all points everywhere is excellent and on time! never an incident everyone in the airport domaine is on the go!

to do long stays I would ask for the Executive Room class that is a little bigger and with a fridge.

Good location close to Heathrow Airport. Reasonable price. Quiet room. Breakfast was great, restaurant area clean & tidy.

In need of some TLC looking a little careworn

When we arrived late 10pm nice friendly greeting from the lady on the desk can’t remember her name we arrived 8th Aug and sorted our rooms made us very welcome and a great asset to your team. Rooms had everything we needed hair dryer,iron , ironing board , shower/hair gel hand wash all nice touches. Room was everything we needed

Sunday 10th breakfast staff felt was an effort for anything no happy faces, only one said enjoy your breakfast but when ask another to help with the water as some of the cucumber was stuck it stopped water from coming out it was an effort like I had put it there never acknowledged me, went off got a spoon moved the cucumber out of the way and carried on working no smile nothing felt arkward
