The CasAUnoe Boutique Hotel lives hospitality an I had a very friendly welcome there. The staff are very friendly and give great tips. The room and the entire hotel is new, well-maintained and has very modern furnishings. In short, I felt very comfortable there. The hotel is located in the centre of Olbia and restaurants, gelateria, shops etc. are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied, including handmade capuccino. I would definitely stay at the hotel again as it offers me a very good base for exploring and the hotel experience is great. Some braches can be reached by public bus.

We loved the charm of this boutique hotel—beautifully restored rooms, a welcoming staff, and a great top-floor dining area. The location is ideal, with secure parking just around the corner.

The noise from the street and within the building made restful sleep challenging. For a quieter stay, we recommend requesting a lower, non-street-facing room, even if it means missing the views.

Was very surprised by this accommodation. It was so beautifully presented. Very stylish, clean and quiet. I had a lovely room at the back. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. I had stayed at another place the week before in Olbia and wished I had chosen this lovely little boutique hotel instead. My flight didn’t leave till late afternoon and they kindly held on to my luggage and booked me a taxi which I was grateful for.

Fantastic location with easy access to everything. The room was very nice with modern updates. Properly was so nice and clean. The staff is very communicative. It’s very easy to do everything via WhatsApp.

The faucets in the e shower and bathroom don’t have indicators for hot/cold and takes a long time to warm up. It wastes a lot of water. Breakfast was meh. But that seems to be the case everywhere in Sardinia.

The location is amazing, and the room was very spacious and clean.

It may sound silly, but there's this big tv in the room that we were very excited about, as we like watching movies at night in bed when on vacation, but the channels were not working and we couldn't log into Netflix (or other websites). When I told the staff, there was no solution. Also, the breakfast was quite average, so ended up eating the same thing every day.

Loved the ladies that run this B&B and focus on every detail to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible ! They went to great length to make us feel at home, even when we had to go to the airport at 5am made sure we had the night before a pre packed (delicious) breakfast in our room waiting for us! Loved it and would definitely love to come back !

I think the choice of food for the breakfast can/should lean a bit more on the healthy side, with less sugary food. There is too much light in the room during the night, mainly from the leds on the light switches - not to mention if one needs to visit the bathroom. And then…there is a permanent hummm from the electric panel next to the door.

The property is new & clean. The design with mostly withe color gives a very high luminosity in the room and in all properly. Beds are very comfortable! Everything is exactly what you need for a stay in Costa Smeralda. The breakfast is simple and good! The staff is speaking English which is not so often in Italy The hotel is 250 m near by all the restaurants of old city Olbia.

Staff was gracious and SO accommodating as we advised of our canceled flight, then delayed train. They helped with late check in, recommended a restaurant that was open late, and let us check out a little late while we caught up on sleep. Excellent cappuccino and breakfast as well.
