We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the quiet location—perfect for relaxing. It's also excellent value for money, especially considering the level of cleanliness and service. Great restaurant with live music on the evenings. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The only downsides were the mattress and pillow, which weren’t very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak (not for videos). However, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.

The restaurant has a lot o variety and the waiters are very nice, Beach is close - 10 minutes walk. We would have wanted to stay here but we do like our place clean.

The room was not clean and had no toiletry , we decided to stay at another place and they did not sent us the money for the stay Small update: the payment was stalling on booking.com side, but even so property did not respond. I am modifying this review to 8 because I received the money for the stay like we talked initially, and hope that in the future the property will do necessary adjustment even though there were the last rooms. Quality is important and your clients too.

My stay at Hotel Izvora in Kranevo was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel's surroundings. The hotel's restaurant was a definite highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of local Bulgarian dishes that I really enjoyed trying. The pool area was also a perfect spot to relax and cool off on a hot day. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. It was just a short walk to the beautiful Kranevo beach, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a wonderful location made for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend Hotel Izvora to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kranevo.

Location, clean, air conditioner, hot water, nice shower, quiet hotel

No bin in the room or outside the terrace

Nice location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bad and snow-white bed linen. The air conditioner cooled the room quickly enough, and the temperature became comfortable. Lovely food in restaurant.

Very small refrigerator. There is no electric kettle, and there is no drinking water in the room. It is impossible to make tea or coffee. Unfortunately, breakfast is not served in the restaurant. Neighbors who smoke cause inconvenience, making it impossible to open the doors to the balcony. I think it is important to create a non-smoking area for guests.

Comfortable bed, nice room very clean, perfect location to walk to Black sea ice arena for the ice hockey tournament.

There was a nasty smell in the bathroom, may be because its early season and not many people have stayed. The toilet seat did not fit properly (this is not to Izvora's normal standard). They needed more staff in the restaurant. again low season.

The staff was very friendly, they helped us with parking. The room seems to be partially renovated and it was decent for one night.

The sink was leaking and had some rust, the toilet seat cover did not fit. Also, our balcony was shared with another room which seemed weird, we had to pull the blinds all time.

Really happy with our stay! It was affordable, but also great quality. The receptionist was extremely helpful and really friendly, she was very attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The room was well equipped and it had a lovely balcony.

Staff couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was good. On site restaurant was great and their garden was lovely to sit in and have a few drinks.
