Checked in was fast and easy. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Pricing was great. very convenient location to everything with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. I'll definitely will be staying when coming If you ever need a space as big as an apartment with a working kitchen to provide for you or your loved ones, these are great hotels to go to! They even advertise that you can borrow common kitchen amenities. This is a great place to go if you feel like hanging out in the room and decompressing before hitting downtown Chattanooga. Studio Suites at Shallowford in Chattanooga is perfect! was here for a week and it was affordable and close to great restaurants for evening dinners and across from a huge mall and shopping area. the GM was polite and helpful - he knows the area well and keeps a clean property! The other staff were also very nice - they make a good team!

Very good newly renovated property. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean and well kept, AC was strong, no issues my entire stay. I booked the suite with kitchen and it was practically the equivalent of a full studio apartment for $50 a night, can't beat it. I will be staying here from now on anytime l'm working in Chattanooga.

Feels like home! Great apartment style hotel with a full kitchen. The area is great with shopping, restaurants and fun nearby. My go-to place in Chattanooga.🌟🌟🌟🌟

Definitely a place to steer clear of. Place doesn't look like photos on booking. Very dirty and run down. A/C unit bearly worked.

Warning, do not consider this option! We did not even stay. This is not a overnight hotel it is a cheap rent by the month crack apartment building. The front lobby was not open to visitors there was a small front entry that was locked and unattended at 10 pm. We were about to leave when a unfriendly man showed up and spoke to us through plexiglass with a small bank teller slot.For some reason we proceeded to check in and recieved a key, we were then directed to pull around the building to our room. The front of this "hotel" was under "construction". There was debri and boxes, matresses lying around like an abandoned building, as scary as this looked the occupied side was worse. There was lawnchairs all over, most occupied with people who appeared dirty, men with no shirts, long greasy hair, balconys with personal belongings garbage, and peoole just standing around, a scene right out of a movie for drug dealing. We did not even stop the car. I do have a video of the check in area, however was afraid to film the parking lot scene. For a quick night stay we have stayed at some subpar places, but not this one. I'd take my chances sleeping in my car at a gas station before staying here. The bear in the woods is a better option. This place should not be on your site!! It makes using you as a booking option a skethy choice!!

I did not stay at the property. I had a reservation but they said I did not. I had to find a whole different place to stay. I called because we were running late. They would not talk to me once they said I didn’t have a reservation.

I called ahead. The person on the other end said to call back in half an hour. I called 40 minutes later. He claimed I didn’t have a reservation at all. Not very polite.
