The manager was a really nice man everytime we saw him he was always going above and beyond for his customers and morning noon or night he always had a smile and always making sure people had everything they needed. He was amazing with all the customers and was always around to help the other employees, you don't usually see managers do that. This gentleman deserves to go to the top we stayed there 8/15-19 I wish I could remember his name shame on me because he was great. we travel a lot and I have to say we had never stayed at a Drury but after this stay, we want to stay at these all the time. I only wish you had more locations but hopefully in the future for the east coast. I do have to say all the staff was great every employee we met was great all kind friendly and welcoming.

Nothing everything was amazing

I loved the amenities. The breakfast was good. The dinner and snacks were unexpected but good. The pool and spa was clean and functional. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location for us never being in this city before was away from what we wanted to do but it was our own fault for picking a location without looking at the places we were going. It was easy to get to and find out destinations from despite this oversight on my own part. I love the friendly staff. I like the key card entrance to the parking lot.

Some small repairs need to be done to the rooms. The toilet rain slowly and so did the drain in the bathtub. The door to the dresser was hard to open and sticking. The door to our room didn't close completely a couple of times. It was nothing that took away from our stay though.

Very clean rooms they were cleaned daily anything we requested room service did it without hesitation. The pool was warm. The breakfast choices were wide variety. For this to be a busy hotel near the airport everything was smooth. Rooms were sound proof my 1 year old cried a lot and did not disturb anyone else. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was amazing just the thing I needed after a long day. Beds were very comfortable and parking was never an issue. The staff was great from check in to check out. Will definitely be back if I needed to stay around the airport

Clean and calm environment

I liked the location itself! Everything was nearby. Booked the One Bedroom King Suite and it was cleaned immaculately by Cassie. Thank you! This room was also very spacious. Would recommend this room if you're traveling with children. It gives the parent(s) their own personal space and the kiddos theirs.

I didn't like the price for ONE night. $246. Then again they do offer a lot! Breakfast, Kickback(dinner and alcoholic beverages: 3 per guest). Indoor pool... So.... I guess this is a great deal, considering.🤷🏾‍♀️😂

The location is convenient. The room was old but clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They have happy hour, who does that anymore? With drinks and food, we had pork sliders, Mac and cheese, beans, hot dogs, chips with salsa and cheese, fountain drinks. Fantastic! The bed is comfortable and doesn’t hurt my back.

I was very impressed with all the hospitality with the whole staff. They made myself and my brothers feel very comfortable from the very first day. I never seen a hotel before that offers Breakfast, Dinner, Machine of Popcorn and even alcohol drinks as courtesy. Overall, it was an amazing service! I will definitely come back in the near future

Everything A+++ best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Loved all the perks and the hospitality was soo amazing. Desiree is soo helpful. Time I landed and called she was so helpful about where to get the shuttle up until my last day. I don't know all the names but everyone I encountered was beyond nice, great personalities. The food and drinks were restaurant quality

Sidney, the desk receptionist, took excellent care of us. Receptionist way understates her skills. She was also our tech support and was the bartender at the nightly happy hour. That happy hour had "snacks" robust enough to be dinner. Even though we were catching the 3:15 am Airport shuttle, there was already a selection of grab and go breakfast items out. The shuttle is a very quick trip to the airport. Large pumps of shampoo, etc. instead of those annoying and ecologically disastrous little plastic things. Very nice room, comfortable lobby.

Not very walkable neighborhood, but we were there for the airport. Like almost all hotels it seems, room lighting seemed inadequate.

The breakfast was wonderful. Glad to see a different menu setup. Eventhough I missed the kickback, it's wonderful that guests have an option of two meals per day during their stay! Appropriate distance from the airport.

Wish that the kickback meal lasted a little longer. There are really no attractions or activities nearby in walking distance.

Everything was just right. I cannot express how much it means to my family all the ways you helped our family. We arrived at the airport from Germany as we are moving back to the US after 7 1/2 years. We were exhausted our youngest was very hyper after sitting on plane for so long. We had 16 bags, a dog and a cat. We called for a shuttle pick up and they came right away. Shuttle driver was amazing and understanding. We arrived to the hotel and having luggage carts available was great. Check in was easy. The room clean and big enough for us, a dog, cat and all that luggage piled in everywhere. The 5:30 kickback was perfect to wind down from our long day and best part is it is free and there is popcorn. Kids enjoyed the pool. We requested a late checkout with no problem. There is a water bottle refill machine in hallway near the pool! Again after two very long travel days we cannot thank the hotel and staff enough.
