The location was right in the center of the old town. Despite the noise from the street it was very quiet on the inside. The pool was beautiful, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and we had a very peaceful stay. Breakfast was amazing! We could easily walk around and sightsee and visit all the bra and restaurants all within walking distance to the hotel. We were able to check in early as well. Loved the welcome drink on arrival!

Location, staff, housekeeping, pool, restaurant, hotel's design, all of those stuffs improve this place to the place with magic atmosphere. We loved our stay there. And especialy staff was just incredible amazing!

Shower head in the bathroom needs to be change, repaire or clean time by time, to have the exact stream which you deserve.

We loved the hotel. It's a gem in the old city of Cartagena. Epoca, the restaurant, is excellent. The room is spacious, and the decoration and ambience are exceptional. It is a boutique hotel in a historical Cartagena house. You get to experience the walled city and feel like you are living there.

Maybe it was just a bit noisy. They need to isolate the windows. Apart from that, nothing else. Probably they need more bathroom toiletries and better towels.

A beautiful hotel located right in Cartagena's old town, the staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Christian). It was very nice to be located next to Epoca, one of the best cafes in town.

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel had no water, which as a fluke is understandable. It took multiple hours for the water reservoir to be filled but we took that opportunity to explore the city. The next day, day 2 out of 3 for us, the hotel lost power for multiple hours during the day. Again unfortunate, but no other establishment on the street had the same issue so some basic infrastructure needs to be addressed.

Had a lovely stay at Casa Del Arzobispado. Our room was beautiful and grand ceilings and design – the hotel refurbishing kept the historic details and finish well. The Turkish bath and pool were lovely amenities and breakfast was at cafè época. The staff were helpful and helped us out with recommendations, reservations and printing etc. Their massage was reasonable and relaxing in a lovely room as well.

The room in the front of the property is very grand but being at the front of the building has some street noise but that’s to be expected in the old town. All other rooms are quiet interior rooms.

Location is exceptional, with easy access to the main sites of interest in within the walled city.  extremely picturesque, large rooms with high ceilings, comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom. Beautiful patio lush with plants and a pool for relaxing at the end of the day during the city.  Wonderful blend of 16th century, art and architecture, nature, and the comforts of a modern hotel.  Amazing and healthy breakfasts are available at the contiguous Epoca café,  through a voucher system. This is one of Cartagena‘s best cafés.  The staff was unsurpassed in it’s warmth and supportiveness of all of our needs. Thank you so much! 

We would suggest to the staff that they silence the music in the courtyard at 10 PM rather than 11 PM. 

I had an amazing experience at the boutique hotel in Cartagena, where the facilities in a charming and beautiful colonial mansion were simply excellent. Despite the small size, the pool was delightful, and the menu and drinks offered were outstanding. Additionally, the hotel provided a daily credit for breakfast that could be used at Café Época. This café is considered the best in Cartagena, and the credit offered was more than enough to savor the delicious options provided by the establishment. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom featured shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizers from an excellent local brand. The staff were extremely helpful and enthusiastic, providing top-notch service. Moreover, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. To top it all off, they also offered complimentary bikes for guests to explore the city. This additional amenity was a special touch that truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking to experience the colonial charm of Cartagena in a welcoming and enchanting setting.

The stuff is so nice, especially the lady manager (Jhan?) and Cristian. You really feel so special there. The location is perfect, you can not find better. Everything is tidy and very charming. Also beautiful spa zone.

Hair dryer was broken but i had mine with me, so it wasn’t a problem. And just few misunderstandings with a stuff in the restaurant as they don’t really speak in English, and i don’t speak any spanish. But in the end it was solved. So it wasn’t an issue.

Initially trouble obtaining hot water but staff was very kind and quickly fixed the problem. Price we paid was higher than posted rate at time of check in. We booked through booking.com months earlier. We will book directly with the hotel in future. Would definitely return to hotel.
