It was like a free for all no milk in coffee machines bread ran said it was still in freezer no fried eggs tables piled hi with dishes the poor staff couldn’t keep up didn’t seem to be any sort of system apart from that it was great

Some sort of system to to allocate dinners a table in turn and not have to clear your self onto another table that was already over flowing it was chaotic Friday and Saturday Monday was ok really sorry that I had to point this out by the way I think staff did the best they could perhaps an extra pair of hands at busy breakfasts

We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good.

Great breakfast, very busy but enough staff members on hand for all our requirements. Large reception area was clean, light , airy and the parking was fantastic. The bedroom was perfect even though there was 2 x 7 year olds and 2 adults in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, just take an overnight bag with essentials into the room. Great nights sleep in anticipation for the next part of our holiday, we had travelled 7 hours during the day and thankfully the hotel was easy to check in, very friendly staff and the hotel was spotless. We had dinner at the pub/restaurant across the car park which again was excellent, kids play area for the children to burn off some energy.

Nothing, everything was excellent, we will stay again.

Fab hotel, clean and modern. Comfortable beds, spacious shower. The guys on the reception at night were really helpful and also had great customer service. They were also very funny which was good to have from the usual receptionists where we've stayed. We had food in the bub across the road then had drinks in the hotel bar after.

They were booking breakfast slots in when they checked you in, we checked in about 5.30pm. Ppl were checking in all night so obviously alot of ppl were staying. The breakfast in the morning was so chaotic. Ppl were queuing just for a table, we opted for a bench outside as it seemed easier. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the atmosphere of chaos and stress at all. It felt like we were all fighting just for a plate and bowl let alone food as it was brought out. I know it can be bust but that was ridiculous. There was far too many ppl allowed to eat at the same time. It felt more like a war zone than a relaxed breakfast

The breakfast was very good. Good choice and good quantity. No complaints.

We travelled and paid extra for our dog. We were very disappointed when told that we could not eat in the dining area but were told we could only eat in the bar area. The seating here was lower it it was not appropriate. We reached a compromise where we would eat in the dining area at the very edge next to the bar area, but this issue should not have arisen. Either pets are welcome or they are not. If they are welcome then necessary arrangements should be made.

We have stayed here many times and it's always dependable. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. Good choices at breakfast.

We thought the food options at dinner were limited and a bit like a glorified cafeteria. The curry seemed to have been from a bottle/catering pack. Although tasty, it wasn't very exciting. The choices at breakfast seemed to be more limited than a few months ago, for example, no choice of yogurt.

We always like to stay at this Hotel when visiting family and friends in the area. This was our fifth time. We always find the rooms to be very clean and well maintained. Good facilities in the main room and bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Nice and quiet which helps with good night sleep. Staff are always pleasant and eager to please.

Only problem on this visit related to breakfast. We stayed for three nights and only manged to get satisfactory breakfast on one morning. Hotel very busy due to BH weekend and kitchen clearly struggling to meet demand. Long queues for drinks and availability of hot food quite poor really.

Lovely hotel,room was clean with great amenities very comfortable beds,polite & welcoming staff great choices of breakfast- something to suit everyone’s dietary needs Would 100% recommend this hotel & we will be making a return.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property,although at breakfast we did feel that the use of side plates wasn’t ideal as you couldn’t fit all items of a full English breakfast on them,could do with a bigger size plate.

The area the hotel is located in was quiet and peaceful. Rooms were very clean and beds and pillows felt comfortable. Breakfast was also pretty decent. Really liked that an iron and hair dryer were included in the rooms and that the tv had chromecast so we could watch whatever we wanted from our mobiles.

As we were driving an electric vehicle it would have been nice if there were some overnight chargers at the hotel or nearby but not a massively big deal as we found that the McDonalds at jct 25 had two rapid chargers that we made use of instead.

Hotel was impeccably clean, rooms were modern, spacious & very comfortable. Accessible bathroom was really lovely decorated (many can be very dated & look a bit neglected) it was absolutely spotless. Staff were all extremely polite, attentive & helpful, nothing was a problem. Situated well for many routes & also great for nearby shopping.

The only thing that let this hotel down was the kitchen staff's inability to keep hot breakfast items refreshed & stocked, when you have 30+ people waiting on sausages & bacon....bringing out about 12 isn't going to cut it. Managed to get a sausage then had to wait 15 more minutes for bacon.
