This was a fantastic hotel! I can’t recommend it highly enough. I found it very difficult to pick hotels in Hanoi because often what you see in the listing is not what you get. I was very lucky and happy to find this hotel. First, the room itself was beautiful. The bed was on the softer side and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The location is also excellent - it’s near all the action but not right in the action, meaning you aren’t battling the street noise when you are trying to sleep, and it’s much easier for taxis to get in and out.

Service and hospitality at this hotel were outstanding! Our stay was exceptional, highlighted by attentive staff. The hotel breakfast was also superb and we received fantastic recommendations for dining and activities around Hanoi. Highly recommend the Anise to everyone and looking forward to staying again in the future!

Our stay always welcoming and well accommodated, with attentive and warm staff. The service across the board was efficient and without fault with superior service form the reception staff in particular. The room was comfortable with lovely amenities and the best shower I’ve had in our holidays in Vietnam.

We felt totally comfortable to return to this lovely hotel Each day after travelling around Hanoi. The staff were just amazing, so helpful kind and caring The breakfast was superb, the location was right in the heart of it all and the rooms were quiet at night night with all the hustle and bustle of Hanoi outside.

Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. They looked after us and made sure we got the service we needed, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations. It was also located in the heart of Hanoi old quarter, so easy to get around. We will stay again and again whenever we travel back to Hanoi.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have never enjoyed a hotel like this one. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms and beds are quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were numerous and delicious. In all my travels I rate this hotel as the best I’ve ever stayed at.

Great reception from friendly professional staff . They were helpful and informative through out our 3 day stay The rooms were clean quiet and comfortable. It had plenty of the normal facilities of a high quality hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of cuisine available.

We spent 3 nights here and it was just fantastic. The staff is absolutely the best you can find in any hotel. The desk staff, wait staff, cleaning staff, absolutely every member of the team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring on your own.
