Hotel Dann Carlton Barranquilla always amazes me. They have exceptional customer service and make all their guests a priority. The location is right near all the shopping malls which is very convenient. I booked the hotel for my mother and she loved it! We have been staying at this hotel for many years.

Only suggestion would be to upgrade the rooms. To modernize them. My family has been staying here for many years and the interior decoration has always been the same. A change would be nice.

Loved the staff and the communicaton with them. We were originally 2 friends but added a 3rd last minute and the hotel handled it no problem. The reservation was on my name but my friends were able to check in without any issues. The food, amenities, bathroom, everything was perfect! Highly recommend. Ah! And the location couldn't have been better. It's in front of a mall so you can find everything you need at your doorstep.

The room feels very luxurious and spacious, it immediately makes you fell like at home and the staff is incredibly helpful with giving you all the assistance you may need on your trip. the pub is great and the Giratorio resturant is a must experience.

honestly finding something bad about the hotel is hard unless you nitpick in the smallest detail, maybe if you are a guest who does not intend to sleep over at the hotel you'd be missing out on amenities such as visiting the pool, the gym and spa.

Vert nice hotel, centrally located in Barranquilla to suit my needs and requirements! The breakfast room was very nice and plenty of good food. The wait staff were well trained, efficient and quite helpful. The bar area was exceptional as well as were the waiters. The security staff were pleasant and welcoming day and night! The maid service was very good as well! Of course, the front desk staff were quite helpful very efficient!

We were very happy with everything! We stayed at another hotel nearby for several days prior to a 3 day trip to Santa Marta. When we returned, we booked Dan Carlton for just one night. Comparing the two, we would have preferred to stay at Dan Carlton the whole time. Next time we will!

We liked everything

Very comfortable, clean rooms, the breakfast was excellent with a large variety of items and the staff was very friendly. Good A/C and very quiet rooms. The pool was great and the location was even better next to the mall.

Well located

It took around 20-30min to do the check in. There was another couple in line but only one staff member was available. It was almost midnight and we wanted to go to sleep! The next day for a reason I don’t know my partner didn’t appear as registered (even when he gave all his data) for breakfast.

The toom was spacious, the staff really professional (Luisa at reception was great and so was the jacuzzi ad spa attendant). The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices: Colombian typical fare, healthy options and the traditional hotel food. We enjoyed the pool.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed. The staff are so nice. Bedroom was so comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again

The location and the cleanliness

The amount of money that they did charge me for two bottle of small water one snack and one toothbrush $ 250.000 pesos, that’s insane.
