Having a microwave and fridge was a godsend during my stay. The cleaning staff also did amazing jobs and I have absolutely no complaints about the bathroom cleanliness, shampoo and soap provided, or the towels. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and duvet smelled great and clean. No hair, dust or stains in sight! Shower was also good and functioned well. Couldn't ask for more there. Staff explained everything and left helpful instructions.

The wifi didn't reach my room on the second floor, meaning I couldn't use it 80% of the time. The smell from either the bathroom below or next door seeped into my room, so my room constantly smelled like a urinal. I got nose blind to it very quickly, but the smell was not great. The sheets for the bed didn't fit, often woke up with it half off the bed, but that's a minor qualm. My window would not stay open.

For a one night stay it was honestly very good. Perhaps not for a week, but the room had so much more in it compared to other hotels I have been too. The staff were super helpful!! You can pay for early check in if it’s available, although my case it wasn’t, it was fine as the person assisting me allowed me to leave my bag in the office which was very helpful. Also note - the check in is different spot to the accomodation.

The pillow and blanket weren’t good unfortunately they really did feel like they had random pieces of fluff - probably needs to be restocked. Also there was a drop getting into the room - from the door to the room so just be prepared especially if it’s dark Bathrooms kinda smelled and the drain on the shower was clogged

The room location was perfect location wise for access to where my daughter needed to get to the next day. The room itself was clean beyond my expectation, especially for the price. There is also the option to extend check out time from 10am to 1pm for an extra £10 which due to my daughter being at her accommodation for the next 10 weeks checking in time being 2pm to 4pm, was good to be able to do.

The rooms were really clean, well decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping and warm for December. It was clear from the booking that there was a shared bathroom and this was also pleasantly clean and useable.

It wasn't very clear from the booking that check in is around the corner in the Central Hotel.

Decent for getting back from the centre of town, functional for what I needed - dunk my gear and get my head down for the night I was down.

Not signed fantastically, took a bit of time to figure out where reception was compared to my room. The floor in my room didn't feel all that sturdy.

The bed had a good quality memory foam mattress and pillows. location to town was good and the option available for a late check out for a small extra cost. car park very nearby £11 for 24 hours which I thought was very reasonable.

The crockery in the small kitchen area was dirty and I think this was as a result of the bathroom sink being so small. We also had am issue with the key card not letting us into the property following the collection from the sister hotel. This was quickly rectified but not ideal as the reception/checkin is a couple of streets away

Great location. Amazing value for money. The bed was comfy, basic room but what you expect for the price. Everything was really clean, including the shared bathroom.

Need a bit of a spruce in terms of decoration but I knew what I was getting with the price point

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable. Very handy location in the town centre

The shower was grubby but this was more down to another guest. A notice has been put up to keep the bathroom clean but not everyone listens? Cannot fault the housekeeping staff. They are very attentive

Great location close to cheltenham town centre, very good value for money

Had to go to a separate place, a fair walk away, to collect the keys for the room. This also wasn't clear on the website before booking-was in only one of the emails sent to me. Would be good if this was made clearer maybe before booking the tickets.

The room was lovely and the showers functioning. We also had a little microwave which proved very useful and a little fridge.

We didn't know we had to go get the keys two streets down so it was a bit of a surprise but the staff answered the phone fast so it was very easy to amend.
