The hotel was great value for money. Its about 20 mins form the Old Town and taxi's cost around £7-8 each way. The staff were all friendly, especially the cleaner who always went out of her way to say hello and did an excellent job in cleaning our room.

The breakfast was OK, could have done with a bit more variety on the hot food but lots of salad and cheese options in keeping with the cuisine of the area.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and the quality of the services provided! The presence of its own parking was a major advantage for us, especially in a busy city like Istanbul. This facility made our stay of a few days much more relaxing and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and left with extremely pleasant impressions, due to both the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the team. However, one aspect that exceeded all our expectations was the involvement of the staff. We would like to especially thank Mr. Mahmut for his exemplary approach. His friendly attitude, patience and attention to detail made the difference at every moment. Whether it was recommendations for sightseeing or solving any request, Mr. Mahmut was excellent in every way.

I had a conference at the Bomonti Hilton so it was within walking distance for me. Apparently it is in a good location for shoppers, but it is a little far from the old city. However, the staff was good at hailing a taxi and telling us the price we should expect.

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, as it exceeded all my expectations. the family room on the top floor was not only impeccably clean but also generously spacious, providing a comfortable retreat for my loved ones. Its central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was overall good. It was clean and the rooms were big and modern. The housekeeping- team did a great job. Breakfast was good as well, a big selection of cheese, olives and much more. The staff was very friendly and professional. Lobby, terrace and ofc the rooms were super comfortable.

Two things I unfortunately didn’t like - but the hotel doesnt have much influence on these two cons: - the Arab guests in the hotel took off their shoes right next to the buffet and most of them were rather unhygienic. - only taxi drives there, no bus station at the hotel you have to walk like 15-20 minutes uphill to get to a bus station.

Excellent hotel with pleasant and helpful personnel. The location is not that bad, although it is 15 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms were huge, clean, and comfy. A few items advertised as amenities, such as an iron, iron stand, microwave, and kitchenette, etc.. were missing in the room when we checked in. They offered an iron and iron stand upon request, however we had to walk to the hotel kitchen to use the microwave and kitchenette, which was a little inconvenient while staying with little children. The kids play area was quite small. In-house Starbucks (mini version) and a small market are quite convenient. It has a couple restaurants within 5 minutes' walk, and the morning breakfast was excellent. Overall, suggested if you prefer to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

I traveled to Istanbul for a medical procedure and stayed at Ibis Styles Bomonti for 10 days. On arrival, I was given a free upgrade to a much better room since I was staying for so long. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The cleaning staff especially went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bomonti area!

The "fitness center" is small and poorly maintained. If you intend to run or use weights, you should look for gyms nearby.
