The property was close to everything. Grocery, food and shopping. And minutes away from downtown Rochester.

When we arrived, We had to wait over a hour to get checked in because there was no one there at the property to check us in. There was a line of people waiting also. A young guy in another department called the boss to see if they could get someone to come in to work the front desk. We drove almost 20 hours. To have to wait that long for someone to show up to work in the middle of the day is unacceptable.

Pool was fun Breakfast was great Staff was super friendly.

Not enough towels at the pool We booked 2 king suites and 2 double queens but ended up with 3 queen rooms and only one king suite. Found lipstick in one bed and dental floss in another. Only one elevator was working so it was very slow to move around.

The room was large and the common areas were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast.

Lighting in the room was a little sparse and the electric blinds didn’t seem to open all the way so the room felt quite dark.

EVERYTHING! (BESIDES NO UPDATED PLUG INS FOR PHONES) GOOD VIBES! THE BEST WESTERN OMELETTE WE HAVE EVER HAD! THIS PLACE MADE US FEEL WELCOMED AND GAVE US THAT COMFORTABLE FEELING LIKE YOU GET WHEN YOUR AT HOME!

Can't say anything bad about this place! Just needs updated plug and for phones!

Breakfast was great 👍🏼😃, Staff helpful and knowledgeable, very good over night staff and morning crew.

Elevator malfunctioned, someone was stuck in the elevator. Elevator not working properly.

The location was perfect. Staff was especially accommodating. Customer service 10/10. Facilities clean.

Breakfast selection was extremely sparse. Never visited a hotel with so few selections. Points were deducted for this.

We had a very nice and pleasant experience. The staff is excellent. The spectacular pool.

The only thing I didn't like was that the fridge in the room was damaged and it took them a long time to change it and the snacks and food that we kept in the fridge were damaged and they did not return the food to me. And the supervisor treated me very badly

We traveled for 12 days and stayed in Hampton's all but one night. We really enjoyed the consistency of the facilities from one location to another. Like being home each night. The one night we stayed at a competitor was really a downer. Went back to Hampton next night and liked the consistency of accomodations.

Some of the breakfast items were not great ie. Oatmeal was bad in some locations.

The room was clean and comfortable with expected furnishings and amenities; typical of standard Hampton Inn rooms. Staff was friendly, and we were granted an early check in upon calling the hotel that morning.

The location was in a somewhat "run down" area, but we did not feel unsafe at any time (note we did park in the front lot though, which seemed more safe/secure). The air conditioning wasn't working in our room; we set the wall thermostat but the room did not cool down to the selected temperature. We did not contact the front desk about this though, since we were out most of the day/evening and only in the room to sleep. Also, the price seemed rather high based on the location.

Engaging, helpful staff that was family friendly and showed refreshing hospitality. Pool was great diversion for the kids, breakfast was hot and fresh.

Elevator car 2 made some concerning noises on the way up to the fourth floor, but the front desk said a company was coming to fix it and it was safe to use.
