A delicious breakfast in nice surroundings. The hotel was in a great location with ease to get anywhere.

I thought reception could have helped more with luggage especially as the room keys didn’t work and we had to go back down for them to be recalibrated. If we had been younger it wouldn’t have mattered but being in our 80’s it was difficult.

Really attentive staff, the young man on reception really couldn’t have done any more for us to ensure a comfortable stay. It’s very quiet, clean, the beds are huge and extremely comfortable, wonderful bathroom with a bit bath and shower, fabulous toiletries, and comfy bedding and pillows. Ordered coffees to the room and they were delivered so fast and still piping hot which is not always the case with room service in many hotels. Location is 10/10 as it’s very central but not so busy on the road so it’s quiet at night.

I don’t think we had a fridge in the room and we would have loved some slippers. A small coffee machine would have been the icing on the cake. But I am nit picking because it was otherwise fabulous. There was a long queue for breakfast and as we were off to the airport quite early we had to skip breakfast so can’t comment on this.

The proprty offered a modern but cosy asethtic. The delux double room was very spacious and there were a numer of amentites including a bath and shower as well as robes and slippers provided. The room overlooked Belfast city with the bars also providing a very pleasing view of the city! Ideal location as it is close to public transport neworks and everything is within walking distance!

Confusion with payment - paid on arrival to then have an oustanding balance on departure? Staff were lovely despite this.

Beautiful hotel and our 21st floor room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and the supervisor was really welcoming and friendly and could not do enough. The 23rd floor and first floor bars were great with some of the staff really helpful and customer focussed

Some of the staff were less welcoming. Drinks were expensive. There is no car park, just expensive valet parking for a limited number of cars. The nearest car park is a few minutes walk away. Dropping off luggage outside is very difficult so you need to capable of getting it from the car park to the hotel. Parking information on website should be improved.

We stayed for my girlfriends 21st birthday in the city suite and it was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable with an absolutely stunning view. The reception team also allowed me to decorate for her birthday and even provide 2 cupcakes which really shows they care about the people that are staying in the hotel. We payed for the breakfast add on and it was lovely. The location was great aswell as its pretty centre to the town so you have plenty of things close. We really couldn't fault our stay at all and we will be back! Thank you to all of the team at the grand Central hotel for making our weekend!

The only slight flaw and downside to our stay is that the check in is really late in the day. Even if you pay for early check in, you won't be in your room untill atleast 13.00 or later. And the check out is at 11 unless you pay extra for a 12 check out. I think a 12 check in should be aloud as it allows more time to enjoy and experience the hotel and it gives the customer real value for the money they spend. Other than that everything was perfect! I understand that 13.00 check in is the earliest as some customers do check out at 12 and you need 1 hour to prepare the room so I know this would be difficult to change but that was the only detail 🙂

This is a very special hotel, places within a short stroll of everything, The food was lovely and it’s a lovely shirt stroll to the Ivy. The staff were fabulous especially Tyler on reception and the lovely Chloe in the dinning downstairs, the observatory for cocktails is out of this world, full views over Belfast, quiet something to experience, we enjoyed fabulous cocktail there on both nights of our stay with our daughter, celebrating my husband’s 60th year, special thanks to Sean and Connor for their craft, ye made the experience very enjoyable, two lovely lads. We will definitely be back. It would be lovely to experience Christmas time at this great hotel.

Bar on 23rd floor- floor 0 is the 23rd floor on lift - stupid had to go to reception to ask how to get there Service appalling in bar on 23rd floor, took ages to get a drinks menu, we finally got the menus, decided what we were going to order but after around 15minutes we left without anyone taking our order. This was 6pm on a Tuesday. Bathroom door in bedroom has a glass panel, not great when your partner has to get up in the night and turn bathroom light on. Shower was way too hot, even at its coldest setting

This is a beautiful hotel, stylish, high end, luxury environment in a good location. This hotel has a stunning sky bar, providing the best views of the City and an incredible cocktail menu! The reception staff were exceptional; attentive, warm, welcoming; everything you would have hoped for in such a beautiful hotel.

The staff in the sky bar were not of the same calibre or standard as the reception. This let the experience down. One female staff member was unkooth, her body language was aggressive, unfriendly and somewhat intimidating. She strutted around giving the most horrific daggers ever seen or felt. She looked like she was chewing a wasp the whole time we were in the bar, for no obvious reason. The 2nd round of cocktails were not to the same standard as the first lot…..

A lovely hotel. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean and linens fresh and white. Very comfy bed and great staff. We had a light evening meal which was delicious and breakfast was more than ample. Valet parking was full which meant parking in a side street with payed parking overnight. Payment requires downloading an app which wasn’t working so after 40 mins of attempting to pay, the wonderful Jake paid coin parking for us. A stressful end to a lovely stay but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they couldn't do enough for you, the friendliness always seemed genuine and not because they had been told to be nice, we dined in the foyer restaurant twice, the food was excellent, well prepared and the service was outstanding, the location of the hotel is in the best place to explore the city, When we return to Belfast we will stay here.
