My father and I had two suites in this property. The property is in perfect central location and is run and operated by a collegial and professional host called Roberta. She will be your angel during your stay. The property offers great value for money. It’s super quiet and in a central location. The kitchen is shared and there is a courtesy stock of lemoncello and other spirits including traditional Napolitan sweets and pastries available for patrons. Shower heat, drainage and stream strength are optimal and in perfect condition. We did run into a flush problem that was sorted out by the host in less than 15min. She is very responsive and is there to take care of you and ensure the best experience. We were issued breakfast coupons to use at nearby caffès. We had one of the best breakfasts of our lives in cafe Augusto. Be sure to check out the cafe. The property is cleaned on a daily basis and water and fruit juice in the fridge is restocked daily. Host also arranges for courtesy transport to the property. There is also an elevator and 24/7 security at the door. Overall this was our best stay in Italy and it was difficult to part ways with the property. Next year, my mother and sister are travelling to Napoli. They’re happy to learn we have e already found a splendid place for their accommodation. Thank you Roberta and the team!

My short stay. I wish I could stay longer.

The location was ideal. It was very hot when we visited but the metro was only a few minutes walk, so it was convenient to use. The AC helped too. The staff - great. Young boy helped us make espresso in the morning. Basically the staff didn't bother us, but were open to questions. The owner gave us a map of places to visit, and insisted that we can ask questions. The bed - hard but very very comfortable after a day of walking. There was enough space to put your stuff - 4 drawers and a place to hang clothes. Mini fridge always had juice and water (free of charge). There was a lift to get to the 5th floor.

No iron.

This is an excellent B&B. The room was very spacious with all comforts- everything clearly thought through very carefully with great attention to detail. All catered for, from all bathroom vanity sets and accessories to drinks with kettle and tea variety, coffee machine, even Limoncello and other local drinks available to guests in the sitting room! The location is perfect- super central, next to the wonderful Gallerie D'Italia where you can admire some amazing art from Caravaggio to Warhol!

Location was safe cleanliness, facilities, ease of booking. Excellent shared kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker, etc. Roberta was there to greet us and even threw in a free breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Despite being given a code to the entrance door out of hours it was difficult to gain entry. We were lucky that on the first night a couple staying in another part of the building had a fob and let us in, a second time someone was coming out. All in all an excellent stay

Everything was more than Perfect .. Extraordinary Location near everything u can immagine .. Best Location in Napoli .. Metro Station , Restaurants , Caffes , Pharmacy , All the Shops . The Appartment is extremely clean and modern . Very safe and very easy to access . Roberta - the host is one of a kind Person , very helpful and very responsive . We are coming again for sure . Everything is Excellent

Location is excellent, room quality also generally very good. The hosts are very friendly and eager to help.

The shower could use a bit of love - even to replace the head which was pumping water in all directions and with no pressure. The mattress was also super soft, which is not ideal for anyone with back pain.

Perfect location right in the center of Napoli where you can find many stores for shopping and restaurants . The size of the room exceeded the expectations, very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay stress free. La signora Roberta was a perfect host .

It was, honestly, one of the best stays i ever had. The location is perfect, the room was excelent, as well as the staff. They were most welcoming. I will definitely come back when I go to Napoli. I recommend it to everyone!

Very good location. A few minutes form the Toledo Metro station. Right off a crazy busy street...but quiet...good selection of restaurants, easy to reach museums. Small but not too small room. Secure with concierge ...very useful for resupply via Amazon.it ! Hostess very responsive. Perfect for our short stay.

All the staff were very helpful. They help us book a taxi, recommended great places to eat and were very kind and nice all the time. The room and the location were great. We will definitely stay here if we are back in Naples.
