It was bigger than the photos and the pool was deep. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to get their own space. The staff were lovely and helpful and they can organise transport / activities. Nothing was a problem. Much closer to the beach than I had expected. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Easy to get to the bank, gym at the top of the lane. Good location good breakfast. Really close to the mall Icon Bali, markets.

It’s getting a bit dated. But I enjoyed the charm. The swimming pool bleached the clothes. Access to the beach is though the markets, so some days you get a bit of hassle from the vendors and when it rains (we were there in rainy season) the access is quite dangerous and there needs more lighting for health and safely. Also the kids room’s beds are so thin my 14 year old did not sleep that well. But the 3 other rooms were perfect. Could perhaps put some tv’s in the kids rooms?

Villa Seriska Satu at Sanur was totally fabulous. This is a luxury villa with 4 large bedrooms, fully air conditioned, a great pool with a large Balinese style lounge overlooking the pool area. Bathrooms are large and the master bedroom and ensuite was huge with a nice outdoor shower which was very private! The staff who looked after us, Kadek, Wayan and Ryan were so lovely, very friendly and always willing to help with anything. Breakfast was included and Wayan is a fantastic cook! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, our family of six absolutely loved it. We hope to return in the future.

We liked everything!

Our stay here as a family of six was lovely!! The villa is a beautiful traditional Balinese style property with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our three children basically lived in the pool and we were so spoilt by the gorgeous staff. They were there for anything that we needed - booking of day tours, transport, the most delicious breakfasts (even coffee delivered to us in bed), recommendations, anything. We had a Balinese style family dinner cooked for us one night and it was the best meal we had in the whole trip. There is a great private walkway to the beachfront and all shops (including the Icon Mall) are a few minutes walk away. We had the most wonderful experience here.

Loved everything about this property. We are a family of 5 and found we all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The pool was always a lovely temperature. Especially loved the outdoor shower in the master suite. Wayan, the chef, always made us beautiful and plentiful food for breakfast. All the staff were wonderful and accommodating. The villa was close to the beach, shops (the new Icon shopping centre is just a quick easy walk down the road) and loads of delicious restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in Sanur. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

Nothing. It was all good.

This was our second stay here and loved it just as much again. The staff are lovely and accommodating. The villa is only a short walk to the Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. We love the infinity edge pool overlooking the rainforest and the breakfast that is served to your villa every morning is delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The one and only thing I will suggest is to take care of the stairs in the 3 bedroom villa as they are extremely slippery, especially after it has rained.

We had an amazing stay in this little piece of paradise.  Wayan, Ryan, Kadek and Putra spoilt us so much and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The villa has stunning rooms and bathrooms and the pool area and pagoda were favourite relaxing spots. The pristine garden and quiet, serenity and peace was so relaxing and just what we needed after a busy holiday. Putra even arranged us a yoga class and massages in the comfort of the villa. He is a friendly and helpful manager and helped organise tours and anything we needed. He also went above and beyond to kindly deliver our sons laptop to us in Kuta when we left it behind on our departure. The ultimate spoil was Chef Wayan cooking us the most delicious and tasty dinner and breakfasts, our  beautifully presented meals were a highlight and culinary treat...he is a true Masterchef! The villa is well situated and a short walk to the beach passing through local shops and stalls. The paved promenade had lovely restaurants to choose from and had a real chilled beach vibe. The port is also nearby and a 15 min, pleasant walk along the beach. Our stay was far too short and we wished we could have stayed longer. The staff are an asset to Villa Seriska and we would highly recommend staying here.

Great staffs! Very accommodating. Iin had been fantastic helping me to finalize the reservation. The Villa manager, Putra and the villa staffs made sure everything we need is arranged accordingly. Their air-conditionings are very good

The little green ants in washrooms and in the dinning room are quite annoying. Also I was not aware that one of the bathroom is shared between two bedrooms.

Great location close to beach and shopping. Security was 24hrs. Staff were amazing from Manager, Chef and Housekeeping. Rooms were kept extremely clean. Even though we had a lot of seasonal rain, it didn’t dampen our stay. The cabana was ideal as the whole family (4 adults & 3 children) could lounge around even when it rained.

This property would be the best Villa we have stayed in, the staff were brilliant, the chef was amazing, he cooked us delicious meals. The location was brilliant. Could not fault this property , highly recommend, will definitely be returning

Could not fault this property, everything was more than we expected

The caring and attentive service team! Nothing was too much trouble, including preparing meals, organising scooter hire, booking a fabulous yoga instructor (Kadek) and multiple masseurs, and doing shopping for us - and all were super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The villa (complex of four) was also kept clean, as were the grounds and the pool - very pretty. Privacy and security was also great and we always felt safe. Shout out to these special people - Putra the Property Manager, Rian and Kadek the fabulous Villa Managers, Wayan the most amazing chef (yum breakfast cooked in our villa every morning with all five of us choosing something different each day!) and the helpers and gardeners all making our stay there extra special.

The weather! Haha. Nothing to do with the villa, as nothing was at fault.
