Very quiet spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Beds were very comfortable, and lounge furniture was fine. Kitchen was fully equiped and the off street parking was very convenient too. Onsite managers were very friendly and helpful.

These are minor nits. The bedroom could have done with some drawer space. The living room furniture was functional and clean but not very comfortable. The shower was not the best, it was plenty hot but with not much flow.

The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bedroom was especially large and it was great to have two bathrooms. The location was quiet and safe, although a little further from central Reading (about 20 mins walk) but it was very easy.

We had a little trouble with the check-in instructions as it was not clear which codes were to be input where. We ended up calling customer services and someone came down from the office to help us which was good but may have been difficult if we had a late check-in time.

I appreciate a spacious and airy room, particularly on sunny days. Preparing breakfast and enjoying it by the window in the morning sun would be delightful. The location is convenient, with shopping malls within easy walking distance.

Regarding this Victorian historical building, there is some noise when stepping on the floor in some places. But it's a minor issue for this wooden floor building structure.

Excellent location, quite residential area with convenient parking space and view of a neat court yard, 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Two toilet/shower rooms. Adrian was very friendly and helpful during the communication.

We didn't realize the radiators were automatically turning on during the night at the end of May, while my son had no problem with it, it was a bit too warm for me to have a good sleep. In the smaller shower room, the shower head was broken and the extractor fan was too loud.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and very well kept house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very large with all amenities. Very tastefully decorated and very charming staff. Late check-in was completely unproblematic and went smoothly. Big thanks to Ricky. The connection to the city center is comfortable and convenient. Perfect for excursions in and around Reading - onsite parking and easy access to buses were great advantages for our trip. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Excellent value. Lovely quiet location. Facilities excellent. No need to deal with management, but they went out of their way to make sure we were greeted and that everything was to our satisfaction. Free secure on-site parking is a rare bonus! Perfect location for business in London - just half an hour on the train - and convenient for the M4 for the ferry back.

The stay at SACO Castle Crescent was lovely! Before my stay I had to make some changes to my booking and the hosts were very helpful and understanding on the phone. There was parking on site. Everything was clear. Very spacious, well equipped flat. The host that met us in person was so smiley and friendly - made our day :) The beds were so fluffy and nice. Only issue was in leaving them in the morning.

If you are coming from outside UK remember to bring the electricity converter. Carpeted floor is not to my taste as cleanliness goes but I think standard in UK.

I received a phone call from Ricky the afternoon of check in & he said we could check in as he was on site. We stayed in the apartment as we were waiting to complete on our new house. We found it was like a home from home setting with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was super comfy & we were walking distance to The Oracle Shopping Centre & the high street.

As we were on the ground floor apartment we did have people staying above us in the above apartment & on a couple of evenings we were disturbed by noise from above.

Fantastic greeting & voicemail message from host Ricky (Thanks for making me feel welcome!). Assisted with my luggage up 4 flights of stairs & answered every question I had promptly. Clean sheets, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. All rooms were warm, clean & have plenty of storage space. Quiet location & could only hear neighbours in the apartment below. Lovely bathroom and shower. Contemporary decor. Easy access to WiFi & local amenities. Great for solo travellers or a couple. Current price (September 2023) was great value for money. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Parking available.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Only two issues required attention: Dripping tap in the kitchen & the socket with the fan in the living room, is coming away from the wall. Improvements would be installing dimmer switches in bedroom and living room; sockets with USB connectors & a 12noon check out.

Extremely easy. Ricky, the guy who is in charge of this, is the very helpful, and did everything he could to support me. The accommodation was very clean, really well kept, and had everything - including coffee/tea and milk. Lovely size, hot shower, great facilities. The location is excellent; far enough from the noise of Reading to be quiet, but a short walk into town. It felt safe and welcoming. There was good parking

The only thing that was an issue was that there was only one window that would open, and that one only opened a small amount. I realise it's for security purposes, but it made the place feel very claustrophobic. Also, the curtain in my bedroom was much shorter than the windows, and there was just one panel, instead of a normal set of curtains. It was very odd. There was black mould around the bath.
