We had a late check-in and a code for the front door was provided, and our key with directions on how to find our room were left in an envelope at the reception. The family room was huge, with two separate rooms and a corridor with bathroom separating the two. The room was very basic but immaculate. The breakfast buffet was great and the lady was very kind and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We did not reserve parking, but there was plenty of space in the road outside the hotel. There is also a big car park at the end of the street. I would definitely recommend this address.

The hotel were very accommodating with a late check-in which worked perfectly. The garden is lovely. We arrived late so sat in the garden eating our supper as it got dusk. There were swifts flying overhead and it was very calm and atmospheric. The perfect antidote to a busy day of travel. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast in the garden the following morning. Very handy for the train station; just a ten minute stroll away. The staff were lovely and very responsive to messages before our arrival.

Charming building on the edge of the old town Avignon. The location is really great and it's great value for the money. Marie was just the loveliest host. The garden is beautiful and creates a magical atmosphere outside the rooms.

The rooms are adequate, though quite simple. The breakfast was actually a bit disappointing, there were no eggs or fresh fruit available and by that point we could really use something else than just bread.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the old city and the train station. Our room was off the pretty garden courtyard where you could eat outside. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. Simple accommodations but a great value for the money.

The bathroom door dragged on the floor so made noise and woke others when you used the bathroom at night. All of Provence is full of mosquitoes, so it would have been nice if there were screens for the windows and doors.

Good starting point to discover the city. The center is about 10-15 minutes away on foot. There is usually parking directly at the hotel, we have been here three times now and have never had any problems. The rooms are simply furnished but clean. Size depends on the room, as does the location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. But the highlight is the beautiful garden, which can be used in summer for breakfast and relaxation.

Old style, friendly, farmhouse feel. Excellent and helpful service. Close to rail and bus stations. Next to city walls so easy walk to all of the town. Nice gardens to sit in if the weather had been warmer! Really spacious room.

Limited facilities. No lift, no tea and coffee in room or availability other than breakfast. Drinks machine in garden only has limited range of canned fizzy drinks. Okay continental breakfast.

A typically French old hotel situated just outside the city wall of this very busy town. Walking distance from the railway station and the town centre. Very good continental breakfast which could be taken outdoors in the sunny enclosed garden.

We have been received in a very kind way. The reception-lady was competent, very friendly. She also was in charge for the brakfast and was caring about each guest - great. The garden in the inner courtyard is fantastic - giving space and quiet. The room is quite spacious (garden room), even the smaller one we were in.

The hotel is awesome if you enjoy greenery and silence away from the busy areas. Reception was very smooth and people were helpful. I would consider staying here again as the positives outweighs the negatives.

The beds were not the most comfortable. An update on the mattresses is needed. We stayed for just one night so it was not that bad. Another issue which comes with the charm or old properties is that the walls were very thin. If you are a light sleeper, this can be an issue. In our case, a baby was crying and we woke up with her :)

The receptionists were really supportive. They have waited for us and let us park in front of the hotel. The location is great. It's only a few minutes from the city centre. There is a parking by the hotel but you need to confirm the reservation in advance. The room has everything you need. It's calm outside. I haven't heard any noise while sleeping.

You need to consider the fact that the room equipment is relatively old. The breakfast could be more various, at least with boiled eggs.
