Strategic location close to the sea promenade, beaches and a large park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen and virtually private courtyard.

Completely paranoid system of access to internet, which eventually did not work because verification codes were sent to my private e-mail, which did not work because due to exceptional radio wave shielding of the apartment where my mobile did not have connection to a network, Should make password protected access to internet like any other hotel worldwide does.

Great place to stay for a visit to Viareggio, would recommend it to anyone. The residence is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the boulevard, with plenty of restaurants around. The staff was very nice and gave us recommendations of places to go, and booked us a taxi to get back to the train station.

The rooms were a bit noisy, we had loud neighbours the last few days and we could clearly hear it when they arrived, were walking in the hallway and were talking in their room.

Close to the beach, you have all you need for the comfy stay. Supermarket is 8 mins walk, 3 minutes to the beach

Hotel collaborates with one of the paid beaches, and while it’s good, but you can find better price closer.

Carolina was absolutely great! Gave us a lot of places to go to. Whenever we messaged her for anything she always answered right away. The hotel was spotless and always clean. I highly recommend!
