This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal with everything you need just a short walk away. Hotel operates smoothly and the rooms are spotless with pleasant fresh scents. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Our room faced courtyard making it wonderfully quiet and perfect for restful sleep. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit even the pickiest of eaters. They also serve excellent coffee. Hotel provides on-site parking, which, although charged separately, is very convenient and secure. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast: The breakfast is absolutely exceptional. I want to give a big shoutout for the hard working kitchen and waitress staff(!). The foods were diverse, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend to have breakfast here. Room: It was very clean and the smell was really nice all the time.

Front staff: The young lady at the front desk didn’t know that I can speak Hungarian. When we arrived and wanted to check-in, she was on the phone with somebody. As soon as she saw us, she made a little nasty comment about us in Hungarian tho I did not mention it to her. It wasn’t an extremely mean comment, I just believe such things should never happen. Give some respect to the customers. Room: We got our room on the 1st floor, right above the entrance, which made the room quite noisy during daytime. We could hear all the conversation from the street. But since at night is was very quiet, we didn’t mind it at all.

Perfect location to explore Budapest, cozy and super clean rooms, rich breakfast.. we couldn't choose better place to stay in! I would like to thank Mr. Ferenc at the reception, who was super helpfull, bcs we arrived on National day and didn't know what places are open/closed etc. He even offered to bring our postcards the other day to post office. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect.

Really liked the balance of price, quality, and location. Very comfortable rooms with good beds and mattresses, equipped with everything necessary, including a safe. A large, convenient bathroom with mini-shampoos and a hairdryer. Excellent soundproofing and good air conditioning. Breakfast was hearty and fresh. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s support service via WhatsApp — very convenient and useful.

The coffee could be better, but with dozens of coffee shops nearby, it’s not a problem. Room size could be a little bit bigger, but its fine if you´re stauing for 2-3 days.

My husband & I had a 4 day break in May staying at The Roombach Hotel. The hotel is in a great location very close to all the tourist spots & some fabulous restaurants & bars. The hotel room was very clean & whilst some might think it's a little small it was perfectly adequate for our stay with everything you would need, plenty of plug points & hangers, great lighting & a full length mirror, the bed was extremely comfortable too. The bathroom had a powerful hot walk-in shower, the option of having the towels changed every day & the toiletries replenished. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, the bread was varied & tasty, the hot section included scrambled egg, (hot dog) sausage, porridge & beans, or vegetables There were also lots of jams, cheese fruit etc, a great selection overall. There is also an ironing room available in the hotel, the key can be collected at reception. All the staff at the hotel are extremely helpful, polite & friendly. I would definitely return to this hotel & recommended others to try it for themselves.

Stay at Roombach was just fantastic! And can be easily the best in our whole trip! From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and warm reception. And every morning, every night without fail the staff will greet us with a very nice smile and greetings. Really brighten up our days! Good start to every morning! Location is also great, near the train station, airport bus. Really very accessible.

Will be better if can provide kettle

We arrived at the hotel around 7am after a very long trip. Even the official check in time is 2pm they manage for giving us a room in advance with no extra charge. Staff made our day!!! We will come back!

Everything was fine

The location was great. It is close to the last station of the bus that connects you with the airport. Metro, buses and trams that connect you with the rest of the city are really close, too. This is the biggest plus of the location. The breakfast had multiple choices and I'd say the food had good quality, the atmosphere and interior design are nice. It is quite central and close to multiple sites to visit.

The room is small and there could have been some improvements done with how small the room is - like instead of using a glass shelf, it would have be nice in that place to have a really solid one where you can put heavy luggage(s) - in this way you would have a bit more space in the room. Maybe a retractable desk so you would be able to put it near the wall - having more space... and more things like this to make the room feel a bit bigger than it is.

Staff are really kind and even prepared us breakfast earlier than usual before our flight. Good breakfast selection. Perfect location. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Walked everywhere on the first day and second day we went to further places with the public transport, literally 3 mins walk from the hotel. This is a perfect stay for a 2 day trip.

A kettle would have been nice to have. Rooms are small but good for a 2 day trip.

Rooms were good, location was perfect. But that's not all. Due to a stupid accident I broke my leg and had to have surgery here. The way the staff offered help is indescribable. They took care of everything and took great care of my wife while I was in hospital. Every day they asked how I was and if there was anything they could do. We are regular travellers and have stayed in many hotels but the friendliness and the way they take care of their guests here is something we have never experienced anywhere else. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to all the staff here, I will never forget this and will therefore recommend this hotel to everyone. I hope to come back in better circumstances to explore this beautiful city further. Thank you for everything.
