Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

I hate how, after COVID, hotels now ask if you want housekeeping services. It’s a way for them to pay less staff while keeping hotel rates the same. This was the case at this hotel. My friend and I were shortchanged on necessities like tissues and toilet paper in our rooms. I asked for the supplies at the front desk and they assured me that the items would be delivered to our rooms but they weren’t. So the next day I had to ask again. It’s very frustrating have to repeatedly request every day items for the cost of the hotel room.

Location o.k. Breakfast itself fairly mediocre. You seem to be going for a downmarket clientele, rather than one with high standards. Please provide raisins and nuts and good greek yogurt. Also an espresso coffee machine, that makes instant espresso, cuppucini etc. Go more upmarket. After all, you're in the Hilton chain.

Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Location was great.

My only disappointment upon arrival was there are no 1st floor rooms, I hate elevators. However, I can see why rooms on the 1st floor is not an option at this location.

The room was great, and the staff was very nice and kind. The breakfast was pretty good, with a lot of options. The location is awesome, just blocks away from restaurants and bars, and the riverfront.

After I booked, I got a message saying that the parking was with valet parking (that's $25 more). It´s weird that such a good hotel doesn´t have a parking lot.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was very good. Gena the maid was wonderful. James was a great host.

The parking was disappointing. We didn’t want to do the $25 a day valet. So we had to park down the road at a parking garage which was cheaper.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and so helpful no matter who you encountered. The location was pretty great too not to far to walk to places.

There was no fan in the bathroom. The shelving inside of the large shower was way to small to hold shampoos etc. Also in the shower there is no place to put your foot on for shaving purposes.

The bed was very comfortable ! Lots of pillows and extra blankets . Super clean and quiet . Breakfast was Amazing ! And staff were so nice and quick ! Will be back soon

Pool was very small but it was still indoor pool!

How nice the rooms were

The parking was horrible. You had park on the street the only parking this place had was valet or a parking dec that charged buy the hour

The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was very clean!!! Very nice accommodations with a variety of options. From check-in to check-out, our stay at hotel was very commendable.

I didn’t like that I didn’t have an omelette option for breakfast but that’s ok. I was able to settle for the waffles.

This hotel room was very spacious and clean. We were able to walk to all locations during our visit. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast could have been better. While it was good, once muffins or fruit was gone, it was not replenished.
