I really liked how Sweet the staff were and how clean the rooms were they all looked absolutely immaculate in the beds were so so unbelievably comfortable, and the lady who runs the kitchen is just so sweet and so helpful and the Lady Tatiana who works at the front desk just has the sweetest personality and you can tell she really cares about people. This is the type of environment that I will stay in every time I come here I will never stay at another hotel anytime coming to Wilmington from now on

I loved my stay here once again. Every time I come back to town I stay here and eveytime they have done more improvements and renovations. I specifically loved the lady who worked at the front desk who checked me in, she was very patient with me and let me see multiple different rooms so that way I could pick which room I wanted and where (meaning front or back, upstairs or downstairs, which building) and was such a sweetheart and so helpful with all the questions I had. Her name was Tatiana and she's absolutely an angel and her personality is so bubbly and you can tell she truly cares about the guests and their needs and when I was having a bad day she pulled me to the side rmto talk to me in private to make sure I was OK and ask me what was wrong and took the time to give me some good advise and made sure I was feeling better by the time I left the office to go to my room. She didn't have to do all of that for me. She was such. Sweet lady and she turned my day around. The rooms are super nice, clean, renovated, and the beds were so comfortable I couldn't believe it. AlwYs my go to hotel. Love the staff and the southern hospitality

The beds were very comfortable! The pool area was nice. All the staff was exceptionally nice except the ones you have to get towels from they are very stingy with their towels. We booked two rooms and had 8 people they only gave 4 towels and wouldn't give more.

Room was well organized and very clean. Free wifi was seamless except for one minor glitch that was fixed within minutes. Cleaning staff was excellent. Location is very convenient to all locations. Good restaurants are a short drive or within walking distance.

A little surprised about a $100 deposit upon check in. It was refunded with no issue, but not expected. Only complaint, and it's a minor one... I didn't partake in the breakfast availability, but did want regular coffee in the room. When I checked in, there were three packs of coffee. That's a morning for me, and it wasn't replenished during my stay. I asked registration one evening for more and the kind woman had no clue how to get more for the room. On a grand scale, not a major issue, but it would have made the stay much better and convenient.

All the staff we're super sweet and helpful. The manager David is so wonderful and made sure I was satisfied with everything in the room I reserved and had everything I needed before I even checked in, definitely my go-to place from now on. The prices are the best in town and the rooms are super nice as well.

I can't say there's anything about this place that I did not like. Everything was wonderful.

Breakfast was great, staff when I checked out was great, beds were comfy and we had appropriate things such as towels, soaps and such well stocked

The morning breakfast concierge had us wait for a place to eat but let in another pair or 2 of other people go ahead while we waited. Thankfully the wait wasn't long so it wasn't a huge deal after all.

I liked the location of Baymont because it was close to the event I was attending as well as other places such as restaurants and shopping centers. Our check-in was fast and smooth, our room was clean, and the staff we encountered were pleasant, and the outside area was decent and clean.

This has nothing to do with the hotel personally, I just didn't like that whoever was next door to us blasted their TV ALL night, and it could still be heard the next morning.

Air conditioning, was the best, the room overall was good...

The refrigerator door was sticky, housekeeping attempted to clean it, as well as two little rust spots in the tub. The shower curtain was cloth, no plastic lining, water got on floor. The bed was comfortable, but weird, as if it were an air mattress. Oops all most forgot, there was one chair, it was a recliner, wasn't comfortable, one table to eat on with no chair. One trash can, one night table

The breakfast was awesome I love waffles so I enjoyed the giant waffles you guys provided

The location and the room not being cleaned. I was assigned room 127 and when I walked in the bed was not made and there was like about a dozen empty cans sitting on top of the drawer next to the tv stand.

Good location! Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it appeared nice and clean!

May have been a few shady folks around but they didn't bother anyone.
