Was in Wilmington overnight with my daughter sight seeing. Everything about this hotel was perfect! I did the digital check in. Was a super easy process, the key was ready and worked perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious! The hotel was 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. Perfect for what we were there for! I did digital checkout, very easy process! Would definitely recommend this location!

Friendly staff and cleanliness

One staff that doesn’t know how to communicate with us because she can’t speak English. We ask her to bring us more towels for the next day since we only had 3 towels and we stayed 2 nights and we waited and waited but never came so I called house keeping and they brought us tje towels in just minutes.

Reception staff were welcoming and friendly, as was the gentleman behind the bar. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Location was great for a concert we were attending at Greenfield Lake Amphitheatre.

Shame the bar closed at 9pm. A little out the way if not attending an event at the nearby concert venue.

Nice sized room.

The king suite only has a closet door separating the next door’s room. I could hear everything the next room was doing each time they used the bathroom, even down to hearing them pee and having conversations. Waaaay too thin of a door separating rooms.

I really liked the ambiance and the cleanliness of the facility. It wasn't overcrowded and very little noise throughout the night. The free continental breakfast was full of variety and everything was fresh. The guy Greg at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. He was there when I checked in the evening I arrived and was there the morning I checked out with a professional demeanor and smile. I appreciated the accessibility of the side door by the elevator where I could easily get to and from my car without having to go all the way to the front entrance that was key card only which made me feel safe along with the visible cameras to ensure my safety.

The two complaints I have would be that the room was clean just not squeaky. There were hairs in the shower and a few hairs on the nightstand and desk. Also, as a tall and curvy woman I would appreciate it, especially for the price, that the bath towels were at least long enough to wrap around my breasts and ass. My entire butt and side was exposed. I'm not necessarily wanting to walk to the soda machine in a towel but without robes if I do choose to run to grab ice in my towel I would hope it would be appropriate and not a show for surveillance and other guests.

The ease of check in; the room was great and clean. Just an enjoyable time. Will definitely return.

Only thing I can really say is one of the breakfast meals wasn't what we thought it would be, but just one meal.

We loved staying here for our mini vacation. The rooms were very clean, it was quiet, and staff were friendly. It was also very close to everything we did which was super convenient.

The breakfast could’ve have more options.

I love everything about the Hampton the cleaning part is the most important part to me everytime I come to the beach and this Hotel is a good lil ways from the beach I pick the Hampton. Breakfast be so good they have coffee and juicy waffles sausage all kinds of stuff for breakfast I love this place and I well be coming back soon you also can bring pets.

How the staff is on it when you need anything they are excellent and very professional anything you need they gone help you

I liked how friendly the staff was. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional! Also our room was steps from the elevator, and this was important because my husband has back pain when he has to walk a distance.

Should have been told that there was a 75 dollar hold on my card.

Room had a slight smoke smell but had to change rooms because of a water leak in the bathroom this room was better.
