We loved how it’s so POSH. The location was so convenient to walk over to a specialty shops, the mall and other local restaurants and convenience stores. We also loved the Roof top bar the Cordial.

The bar tender that served Saturday night downstairs due to a private wedding up at the top. She wasn’t engaging or even welcoming. And Sunday night-had the same bartender. There were 20 more Real Estate agents company wide attended this conference. I didn’t think she anticipated Sunday night being so busy. Drinks were wrong and at least a 10-15 min. I believe a bit more planning would have helped Sunday night for the amount of people attending. There were 300 agents that attended this event to give perspective.

It was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The entire stay was very good!

I thought the room would be bigger. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay the entire amount of my stay plus an additional $256 deposit amounting to $1,200 being debited from my account at the time of check in (for 5 nights). Usually at hotels, I put down the deposit and then pay the remaining balance at the end of my stay. But with this hotel, it was different. I was caught unawares & I didn't like that at all.

The area is lovey and with walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. Gym area was small but nice and was clean. Wish I got the name of the gal that said she was responsible for cleaning the gym. She was so friendly and pure sunshine. She made my day! True southern charm!! (09/19/24 at 5:30 am)

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Some of the front staff were very nice and helpful but there were two that were grumpy and if asked a question acted put out.

The signature scent that you all have pumping in the lobby should be on display when you walk in because I would buy BOTTLES of that stuff. The rooms were clean and spacious and the rainfall shower was to die for. My absolute favorite part was the staff. Our second night we sat at the bar and had phenomenal conversations with Deja (Hope I spelled that right) and Vaughn (hope I spelled that right too.) They truly made the night spectacular for us and Deja even made me my first espresso martini which was phenomenal. From this location you are so close to amazing food and shopping options. Most things were about 15 minutes away from the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

The breakfast buffet looked pretty weak, but I'm not a breakfast person anyways so it didn't bother me too much.

I can’t remember the woman’s name that took our order for the breakfast buffet but I just wanted to recognize her for being the kindest, sweetest person that I’ve ever met! She engaged in conversation with us and made sure our meal was hot and fresh and that we were well taken care of! Please thank her again for me!

That there was no pool, no microwave in the rooms or a fridge that has a freezer for microwave dinners.

My husband and I had a wonderful date night.The stay was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly. Close to the mall and restaurant. Very clean and set up nice . We really enjoyed the hot shower the water stayed hot 🔥.We will be coming back to stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful date night.

We didn't get to go to the rooftop,they had a party or something that was going on. Still had an amazing time just going to make sure we make it on our next visit.

I loved how everything was so close and convenient and then I also loved how friendly the staff was in the bartender was Kenya and Susan were amazing

The room has an influx of air despite shutting down the AC. This was really annoying in terms of sound, air dryness and it’s as if the AC is on. Very difficult to sleep in such room. Everything else in the hotel is close to perfect.

the location was great. close to uptown and a beautiful mark for shopping. The rooftop was beautiful as well.

Broken toilet seat but maintenance did come fix right seat after reported. Requested room service daily. received fresh towels and bed made up but top cover didn’t looked replaced or floor cleaned. however if I were to return I would book again for a lower price.

The breakfast was just ok for the additional cost. Most of the main breakfast items like bacon, potatoes, charcuterie were out and had to be ordered which took time. Staff was friendly and helpful, just not impressed with the breakfast selection, standard.
