Breakfast was extra so you had to pay for it, but we did it our last day and it was good. Having the option for supper and breakfast at the Hotel was a nice perk and when enjoyed the courtyard one night by the firepit. The options at this location makes it attractive, not just a room but a place where you can hangout with friends or family and get a meal with meal options. The three booths with the small TV is a nice setup for a group of friends or family. Katlyn ( I maybe spelling her name incorrectly) was great on checking us in, offering us discounts they had to offer, she went over and beyond on making our stay great and is very personable with her guests on getting to know what they need. Great customer service, you need to keep her!

I think the facility is 9 years old, I actually thought it was new, but it is time to replace the mattress and pillows. the pillows would go down and the mattress is stiff. Other than that it was awesome!

What i didn't like pillows were too soft for us in room needed to be firmer also fridge in room needs to be sorted only stays on for 2 hours goes off so if you go out for more than 2 hours your stuff starts going warm you cannot stay in all day restarting the fridge every 2 hours lol very inconvenient and ruins food or drinks especially water 😥

Conveniently located close to retail

I was told that my rooms would be side by side. When I checked in one of my rooms were on the 4th floor and the other room was on the first floor equipped for wheelchair accessibility. When we showered the water ran all over the floor which made it very difficult to use the toilet without fear of falling on the wet floor.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. The location was amazing, especially for it to be so centrally located, it was such a quiet area! The place was so clean and cozy! The rooms were great. And the beds were SO comfortable (I never like hotel beds). 10/10 for sure. Will stay here every time

Literally everything was great.

The breakfast was great! Our room was wonderful, we have never been to Little Rock before and went for a wedding, they roomed us with the rest of our family without us asking :)

The only thing I didn't like was I went to make a cup of coffee and I always run water through first (because I've heard stories of how they are cleaned) and it came out like chicken soup, I ran about 5 cups through, it was gross, finally I just went downstairs and told the lady at the desk and she made me a free Starbucks on the house.

Location great! Staff very courteous and helpful. Like large room space and bed was comfortable.

Would have liked my room serviced each day; just trash emptied, coffee bar replenished and towels. Also, don’t like how the room rate fluctuated from night to night. Want the same quoted rate for each night I stayed at same visit. Was there four nights and rate just kept going up.

Awesome parking and environment, everything here was new and clean and I really enjoyed it! From the bathroom to the mini kitchen area and huge tv, it felt super homie and we enjoyed it!

The shower was a half wall, so the water would spray and shoot out of the shower onto the floor no matter what setting.

The staff, especially Mr Bernice were exceptional! We were greeted, by name, every time we arrived. Any questions we had were promptly answered, the staff was knowledgeable about the area and helpful in every way. When we asked for extra towels, housekeeping was there in under 5 minutes, took our used towels and made sure we were happy before leaving. Everyone working there was friendly, and always smiling...it 2aa truly a joy to stay there and if we go back to Hot Springs, we will definitely return!

At first, we were disappointed that our room was rather small, but upon reflection we actually enjoyed the coziness and because the room was exceptionally clean we didnt really mind in the end.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, even near the elevator. The walk-in shower was nice. Also enjoyed the fire pit and seating area outside. We had food and drinks at the bar and the bartender, Jeff, was great! Very personable and welcoming.

Good location and comparatively priced. Staff was awesome! Brought us items we needed quickly, bar/restaurant staff was super friendly.

Not having a full enclosure on the shower made for cold air to come into the shower because closing the bathroom door fogged the mirror up too bad. Two sinks would’ve been nice. Continental breakfast would have made this stay a top rated stay for us.
