The location of the riad is within the madina away from from the main street beside the mosque. Waffa is very kind to show us the places and restaurants for meals. The breakfast is brilliant with fresh orange juice. You even can ask the breakfast staff to cook omelette. The roof top view is good. Bed is comfortable.

All the staffs will leave by the evening and you will have to contact them by WhatsApp or phone call if you need any assistance. Also, suggest the staff to check and ensure the switch of the boiler in the bathroom is turned on while cleaning the room. Also, it will be useful to inform the customer during check-in that bottle with washing liquid is for both shampoo and body gel.

It is a very good location, the breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The host gave me a lot of great suggestions and recommendations.

It was a little hard to find, I had to ask a local for help and even the local guy was having a hard time finding it. Google maps was taking me to a location a little further form the place so you just have to continue walking in the street until you find it.

The Riad matches it's description and does the job like most but the real star is Sukainah. She is that special kind of Moroccan hospitality that you hear Chinese whispers about. Exceptional manners with a genuine heartfelt welcome. She made my kids feel like they were at home whilst going above and beyond in making this special for my son. Thank you and we hope to see you again!!

We initially booked 2 nights but liked the Riad and Essaouira so much we stayed a 3rd night. This is a lovely Riad right in the heart of the Medina. Both Wafaa and Soukaina on reception were fantastic - they answered all our questions and they engaged with us so well explaining Moroccan life/culture etc. We had a great laugh with them. The hotel is clean, centrally-located with a lovely little rooftop which was nice to sit on in the evening after coming back from dinner. Their restaurant recommendations were fab! Breakfast was lovely too.

The ladies are lovely , very friendly and helpful, and quickly attended to any needs we had . Perfectly situated in the middle of the medina so handy for all daily plans . Lovely Rooms were freshened up every day and were very clean. Breakfast was provided each day and the staff also made us an omelette every morning.

The bathroom was quite small, so not a lot of ' moving ' space. This, however, was just a minor point for us as the room was in itself lovely .

The property was ideally situated in the Medina, but also quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and recommended places to eat that we tried and enjoyed. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Stairs were very steep, so a bit challenging for older or less mobile travellers.

Central, very helpful manager, great breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Close to the Supratours bus stop. More or less everything you look for in a private accommodation.

It is a bit loud due to Medina (calls) and birds, but there is nothing the accommodation can do about that. Bath was bit small with window into lounge and breakfast area.

It is in Medina, easy walk from everything you need. We struggled to find it as we couldn't see street names but asked people around and they told us straight away. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and really nice breakfast. The receptionst lady was super helpful - from advising us where to go to help us set up our sim card for data. She is a real asset to the place with languages she speaks and how pleasant she is. Same goes for the cleaners and ladies in the kitchen.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was nice and quiet and the breakfast was a welcome addition. The whole place smelt beautiful too. I slept so heavily, I wish I booked for longer than a night!

The Atlas Room was limited for natural light but honestly it was so cosy and there was plenty of warm bulbs everywhere.

The girls at the reception - are totally the best staff we met in Marocco: super nice, friendly, helpful! Amazing atmosphere, like coming home - it feels like they are really happy to host you very helpful with recommendations and everything super nice rooms with authentic design and comfortable beds very very clean

The bathroom - the flush in our toilet was not the best and the hot water was running out within minutes like you need to shower quickly, otherwise you are going to stay in the cold water also the breakfast - it was really nicely served, but it's just bread with jam and coffee and juice. And every day is the same. it would be super great to have some protein with it (eggs?) and vegetables...
