This hotel is perfectly located, especially if you have arrived by public transport. It's right next to the bus station and the local train station. This makes it very easy to get the bus to and from the TGV station, to use the local buses round town and to get to Marseille in 40 minutes, door to door. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent without being over the top. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. It's good value and a lot of thought has clearly gone in to pitching things at a sustainable level.

It's a bit of a pain having to sign in to the wifi all the while, although the bandwidth and coverage were excellent once on line.

I had a wonderful stay there. I have spent 5 nights in this hotel. The staffs, everyone, are very friendly! Especially Gloria was so nice and helpful! I got an accident that I lost my phone, she was so anxious just like I did. I almost gave up, but she was thinking all the time the any possibility that the phone is! Finally she found my phone in my car although I have checked the car two times. When we spent so much energy to find it, she was smile so beautiful! I will always remember her in my life! It was not only about the phone, it was about the care, she cares her guests! It makes people warm! I remember Gloria and I remember the hotel. Definitely I will come again! I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Having a balcony towards the courtyard was a bonus. The most important thing was its proximity to the bus station and town center. An ideal location if you are traveling with an elderly.

The room was a bit small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel except for night hours so it was not a problem for us.

The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was really good. There was always fresh water available in the foyer. Everybody was kind and could not do enough for us. Very friendly atmosphere.

We did pay for a superior room and we did get a balcony which was really lovely. However the room itself was very small. The bathroom however was great and the shower was really good.

The hotel is OK. The room was good, very well equipped (wardrobe, hangers), clean. Very good bed.

Don't be fooled! The hotel staff promised me that on the last day, when I would leave before breakfast time, I would be able to take something to eat. However, when I was about to leave early in the morning I was told that it is "impossible". So I left hungry. The room is very narrow. It was very difficult to squeeze to the window between the bed and the small desk. To sit at the desk, I had to sit on the bed.

Good position, bright and clean. Comfortable bed and excellent aircon.

Few issues with a non functioning TV remote and first night room was cleaned and coffee not replaced but nothing major.

Location near the bus terminal. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We liked also that there were water dispenser and a little refreshment plus water served at the lobby when we return to the hotel at the end of the day - amidst the terrible hot summer weather. Thoughtful of the management for such gestures.

Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, the drinking water available on every floor

We were initially booked into room 220, listed as a Superior Double but it was very small for 2. We asked for an alternative and were shown a junior suite, for an extra €35 euros was very worth it!

Excellent location. Room first class. Aix en Provence a beautiful, vibrant city with wonderful shops, restaurants, art Gallery and exhibitions. Great bus service to Marseille.

It was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The staff were lovely The breakfast was excellent

I think they could do with thicker towels. The bath needed a slip mat and a handrail as it was a little slippy having a shower.
