Andrea the host was very helpful, friendly, considerate, offering quick response to attend to our requests, very personal approach. I ordered a taxi to take me to Central Station on my return to airport via Andrea, and he arrived at time of taxi pickup outside accommodation to ensure I was there for collection, and to confirm taxi would arrive in a couple of minutes. Two bedrooms are very spacious with own TV and fridge (second room has a safe). Mattresses on beds very comfortable, good nights sleep, but busy street noises (not throughout the night). Hallway between bedrooms and bathroom has a kettle (for hot drinks), tea/coffee sachets, and some crisp snacks. Andrea gave us a voucher to use at local cafe for a light Italian breakfast (1 visit), cafe very nice, would recommend. Local to accommodation is also available a small supermarket, bakery, Pizza restaurant, and cafes, Cleaner came to clean accommodation on a daily basis. Accommodation in good walking distance between Vatican City and Metro line. Straight forward journey from Airport using train line, metro, and short walk (15 minutes). Andrea let me leave luggage on day of departure in secure enclosed hallway between other accommodation rooms (offered by Andrea); proved to be very helpful because had evening flight, I could then still go out and enjoy the sights of Rome and not have to worry about my luggage. I would recommend this accommodation.

Small issues, only one disposal bin in the bathroom, no glasses to drink from, and no spoons. On request Andrea provided extra cups to drink from. Need to go up a short flight of stairs to accommodation, maybe a problem for those with less mobility.

Apartment located in a quiet area but still in the center of the action. Easy access from the airport. We did not use public transport except for the airport transfer, all the most important places to see in Rome were located within a 10 to 30 minute walk. Cleanliness at the highest level, which a 5 star hotel would not be ashamed of. Surprisingly a lot of space in the spacious apartment and wonderfully comfortable beds with extra pillows made us feel at home. The caring people dealing with the rental reacted immediately to our needs. We felt their care and commitment to make our stay successful.

The room was very nice, clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was working properly. The owner is a very sweet man who explained everything we needed to know. You can leave the luggage in the hall of the place until whenever you leave the day of departure. No complaints. Everything was as expected.

If you are a light sleeper, this may no be the place to be. The windows are not well isolated and the apartment is on a very busy and noisy street, so you hear everything at night as if you were sleeping with the windows open. The trash truck woke us up every day at around 5 am and we would hear every conversation happening on the street during the night.

Andrea Ottaviani was very nice and respectful. The check in process was efficient. The bed was comfortable and overall would recommend this hotel to others.

Location was very close to the Vatican City; however, it was a bit of a walk to Rome city center. I would still recommend this hotel to others.

Liked this place very much. Very convenient location. Easy to get there from the airport. Metro station is just a few minutes away. On a walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. Nice and helpful host. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The host gave us breakfast vouchers for one of the days. These were the best croissants we ever had. Recommend Vaticana Residenza Ottaviani 100%.

Everything was perfect.

The area is quiet as well as the room away from the sound of the city. It provides hot water and heating. It has a wardrobe for storing luggage and clothes. The bathroom is spacious. The host kind and pleasant, willing to help us on the day we were going to leave the room (check out at 10:00 am and our flight in the afternoon), left us space to leave our luggage there and come back to get it afternoon.

The location is perfect, a lot of the attractions are fairly close by and can be done by foot. Also the restaurant that's literally right across the entrance is really good and has fair prices so you don't need to travel very far for good and affordable food. The rooms were also really clean when we arrived and Andrea is a great host who's more than happy to help you out and be flexible wherever possible.

When you look at the pictures of the rooms on the website, they appear larger than they are. It's a room with your bed in it, a bit of space around it and a bathroom. Nothing more, nothing less. The bed is comfortable and everything was perfectly clean but when looking at the pictures on the website, we expected the room to be bigger.

Location. Good neighbourhood. Distance from most attractions walkable. Metro around the corner. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafes all around and handy.

Kettle and tea bags provided. No spoon or coffee though. A coffee pod machine would be better. Pods can be bought at local supermarket.

Really cute place with lots of Italia like vibes. Windows opened up to very European views..there was cold bottled water in the fridge. Location was very walkable to everywhere.

Have to call the hotel owner after 9pm check-in. Can be difficult after long day of travel and no data/ wifi.

Location was convenient, in general this district is rather quite when compared to other areas in Rome. However, due to windows which were not sound proof we were waken up at about 5 AM because of a garbage truck. Good communication with Andrea, the owner, even though he speaks no English. We were nicely surprised by offerring us free vouchers for the first breakfast.

One of the bed was uneven and uncomfortable. Bathroom requires renovation. Too noisy, street noise was disturbing our sleep even though we used earplugs.
