What can I say! These were the most wonderful host of my entire trip around Vietnam. I would recommend anyone to stay here as the family are so helpful and friendly! If you want to stay somewhere in Hoi A then this is place the go! The rooms are beautiful prepared, the hosts are wonderful love people and I would stay here again without a doubt when I return in the future To anyone looking for a place to stay in Hoi An honestly this is the best place you could ever choose out of all the hotels available Amazing location, beautiful building design and the most amazing hosts anyone could ask for whilst staying away I will be recommending this place to everyone I talk to about my experience in Hoi An Vietnam

Absolutely nothing, my stay was better then I expected, I will return and stay here in the future rather then choosing any other hotel!

Very good location, in a quite area about 20 minutes walking from the Old Town. The family here is lovely, helpful and very welcoming. The house in general is nice and cozy. The room is very clean. The bed is very big and comfortable. Also the bathroom is quite big compared to many hotels we've been to. Kettle, mugs and hairdryer provided! If you're a bit chill during the night do not hesitate to ask for an extra blanket, they'll provide it straight away. They've been really super nice with us!

The room was spacious. The room and the bathroom were clean. They provided us with all the toiletries. Towels were provided and so was an extra blanket on request. There was a manual fan in the room which was very much required for the hot weather in June. There’s a balcony too and the room gets plenty of sunlight. There was absolutely no issue with the room. The wifi worked just fine. They provided us a scooter for rent at 150,000 VND per day and also arranged our cab to Danang airport. Its a homestay run by a family, they were very warm, friendly and polite. Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable. Its a 8-10 minute ride from Ancient town. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Hoi An.

Large and clean room, with plenty of space for belongings and able to spread out if needed. Cold a/c and fan kept room cold as needed after returning from activities. Lovely family were welcoming and helpful. Was able to use fridge for leftovers and fruit. A generally peaceful location. Great value for Hoi An, and was as expected from pictures and reviews.

Only small gripe was construction next door, including a concrete pump truck my last morning. No fault of owners, but 6:45 wake-up’s did have small affect on overall stay. Was only for brief time during morning and was none issue after 10am. Need to stress it is out of their control and only docking small point as overall atmosphere was very quiet.

If you want to feel like a home away from home then this is the perfect accomodation. This place is the perfect base to explore Hoi An. It’s a short and flat walk to the centre (maybe only 20 mins). Our room was even bigger than we expected and so clean with such good air conditioning and a really comfy bed. But the absolute highlight were the family who run this accomodation. WOAH! What amazing and kind people who really care about you and want you to have the best experience. They gave us the best recommendations and everything we needed to organise with them like scooter rental and airport transfer, was so seamless. As we keep travelling in Vietnam, we keep saying how much we miss Papa Villa and the beautiful family there.

I was supposed to stay here for one night but as soon as I entered I felt right at home. The entire family is absolutely welcoming. After 1 month of traveling alone I felt like home for the first time. That’s why I extended another night! The rooms have everything you would need and super clean. I had some trouble with cash and they went BEYOND their way to help me out. Nicest people you will ever meet. They have a lot of contacts for transport and knowledge of what to do in hoi an. I’m always staying here when I come back!

We had initially planned to only stay two nights at PaPa Villa Homestay but ended up staying four nights. If we hadn’t been on a tight schedule, we would have happily stayed even longer! Bong and her family are incredibly nice and everyone made us feel so welcome. The rooms are probably among the cleanest we have encountered in SEA so far. They are also spacious and bright and the bathroom facilities are good too (hot water, water pressure etc). The best thing about our stay was Bong herself who was always up to a chat and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat in the area. She also speaks English very well! Whenever we asked her about an activity, she made sure to ask around for the cheapest price possible. When we had to visit the embassy in Da Nang, she offered us to go there with her husband for a lower price than Grab. Overall we had an amazing stay at PaPa Villa Homestay and recommend everyone to go there during their stay in Hoi An!

Super friendly hosts. Just so so sweet and kind. Big, bright, clean room. Comfy bed.

Minor niggles: - a bit of damp in the room (although I’ve heard this is common to Hoi An due to being on a flood plane). - bathroom floor gets really wet and slippy when showering. I almost slipped over in the shower. A duck board or some kind of matt would be useful. Also a squeegee to push away all the water would help. - A shelf in the shower would be helpful, also.

The nicest owners and people we’ve ever met! My friend and I have travelled a lot, and we’ve never met such nice humans. They really accommodated us in every way possible, they were so kind, and even help set up lifts to the airport (cheaper than using grab). Would 100% recommend this place to anyone!! And very clean and spacious room. Thank you so much for making this an amazing stay!

Loved our stay at PaPa Villa Homestay! The family could not be more welcoming and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and given recommendations which were so helpful and any questions we had they did not hesitate to answer them. The bed was super comfortable and nice large bathroom with great shower! Overall so glad we chose to stay here when visiting Hoi An and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
