The roof top team was amazing! And the reception team very welcoming and helpful. Great location too and comfortable beds

Cleaniness wasnt at the top. The corridors were freezing because they leave all doors open. The breakfast was so expensive for nothing. Food quality at breakfast buffet is bad.. tables not clean.. coffee mugs disgusting.. no name tags for food and no utensils + the staff was rude.

It was nice to have a parking garage -- once we found it. The GPS took us to a place across the street. The breakfast was terrific with lots of choices. The bed was comfortable enough, but only offered heavy blankets, which were too much. The rooftop area was pretty cool but we didn't have time to use the food service or pool.

The hotel did not keep its promise to provide 2 beds. The registration desk employee had an attitude and was not pleasant to deal with. The room was rather small for the price. The staff got mad when we used the back staircase to exit the building.

Staff are very friendly , helpful and kind . The hotel is very clean the location is in the middle of everything. The staff are so welcoming and professional led by caring manager madam Raja, Specially Nabil , Khadijah, Khalid , Mohamed Soufian and Fawzia and the rest of the team.

Every thing was excellent. Maybe breakfast needs more selections. Hair conditioner should be added to shower.

The location was great, very close to the center. The room was really nice and it was cleaned every day. We did not have breakfast but the dinner was really good and well priced. Would stay again.

There were some works on the street (not controlled by the hotel so not much they could do) but it was quite noisy.

Adagio in Casablanca is absolutely wonderful. Some lovely, kind and caring staff. Access to a kitchen within your apartment is wonderful. Plenty of parking. Access to the gym and swimming pool everyday. Safe, secure and in a good location.

The gym equipment could do with an upgrade with a barbell and some free weights.

I want to specially mention the support provided by Khalid, he went out of his way to arrange things for us. Especially since this was our first visit to Casa and language was an issue. Khalid is a star employee. You should be proud to have him :).

Sometimes there was lot of smell of cooking:( but nothing uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel and very practical. The room looks nice, spacious and cozy. The room contains cooking utensils which I never used because I wanted to experience the Moroccan food. I tried the restaurant on the roof and I liked the Kebab and the non alcoholic mocktail that I tried (one with ginger). The hotel also offer Laundry room which I used (make sure to read the instructions otherwise the machine will take your money). The breakfast was really really delicious. I enjoyed the sausages immensely. I also chatted with some staff like the one cleaning the room and they were very friendly (thank you Khadija for the chat and daily professional room cleaning). Also the WiFi speed was great.

There are only minor things such as: the window view was not great on my room. The fridge door was not closing because it was full of frost. The elevators feels a little bit clunky

Good to have a pool to cool off. Good to have a full bathroom plus a toilet. Liked having kitchenette.

Some front desk staff were not very helpful when we asked about luggage storage after checkout. Others were fine. We had 4 people in the room but there were not 4 cups or glasses. Had to haggle with taxis to go to Medina

Khadija from reception is a lovely person, and Mohammed is also very polite and professional. Thanks for making my first trip to Morocco a good one. This was my first hotel. The restaurant on the top floor serves very good food. I tried the Risotto and their Moroccan tea.

Nothing I can remember bothered me. Probably don't order coffee :) Remember, always Moroccan tea.
