My stay at the Sheraton Colombo was nothing short of spectacular. I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of professionalism that truly sets this hotel apart. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making me feel both welcomed and valued throughout my visit. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a luxurious and restful stay. The facilities are outstanding. Everything is maintained to the highest standard, creating an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. Sheraton Colombo is a true gem in the heart of the city. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience!

Cleanliness, robes, spa, pool, comfy bed. Kettle, fridge, water bottles, good walk in shower.

Rang for 24 hour room service mid afternoon but there was no answer. That was distressing since I had travelled all day and had not eaten. More, I think the dinner buffet is too expensive. I am gluten intolerant and there should have been a discount to me because most items had gluten. I won't eat there again. If you had offered me a discount, I would return but you did not. Your competition, Tranz Cinnamon automatically gave me a discount without asking. Plus, your competition has food allergy symbols on cards in front of every buffet dish.

Special thanks to Mr Rahul Maini the gen manager at this hotel.. this hotel is immaculate and well managed best place to stay in Colombo. Upon arrival we were met by Mr Emil Gularatnam, special thanks, who was very courteous & professional even taking time to escort us to our room. The room was well manicured nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the team at the lounge Chef Priyenca, Dilan Nimesha Amandi Yasabi. Many thanks to the restaurant floor 1 team- Mr Shehan & Mr Yehan together with their team- chef Janz, chef Nimisha, Aditya, Sirul, Kavindu & Sangeetha at reception...made our stay special. My son had a bit of upset and was well looked after by the dining area staff thanks Mr Shehan. Our housekeeper was Yohan who made sure our room was always clean and well made day and night. We will return to this hotel🥂🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We loved everything at Sheraton. The room was beautifully decorated to welcome us for our honeymoon. Thanks to the Front Office Manager and whole team. You made our stay memorable:-) The food was excellent. The spa beautiful decorated with professional therapist. Thanks to the young lady who took care of me. We enjoyed the roof top with great music and delicious cocktail. We are planning every year to renew our vows.

The live music for Valentine could have been better.

Excellent facilities and service at a great location. The Sheraton at Colombo made for an amazing stay based on its central location and excellent service. We were given an upgraded room based on my Marriott status and had access to the lounge which made for a relaxing area for a bite or a beverage. Rooms were spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean, which made for a serene experience when one woke up and during the day. What topped it all off was the excellent service and the help offered, be it for a list item on our flight in, or other hotel amenities. The breakfast spread was top notch with tons of varieties and customizations! Recommend it highly if you’re planning on a visit to Colombo!

The staff here are extremely welcoming and attentive. That's the first thing that struck us as we walked into the hotel. While making conversation when checking in we mentioned to Carder the duty Manager that the reason for our stay was my wife's birthday. He very kindly upgraded us to a "Club" room on a high floor and had a small cake and card sent up to the room when we got in. Very touching gesture! The room was tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and had all the modern amenities with a great view of the sea and part of the city. A perfect location for business or vacation!

I stayed at the Sheraton at the start and end of my Sri Lanka trip. The early check in and late check out were very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. All staff were incredibly helpful. Joseph made my arrival and departure a very pleasant experience. I also had two excellent massages with Dinesha who helped me relieve back pain before travelling. I warmly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a relaxing yet effective treatment.

The stay was very special, Mr. Arpit and Mr. Abdulrahman were very accommodating and made my stay very welcoming, everything was so clean, and whenever we called room service they responded within mins. I would recommend Sheraton for any person considering a quite and enjoyable stay in colombo.

Food in the restaurant could be of more international variety.

Hospitality. Every staff member was happy to help.

No any major complaints. I would be happier if housekeeping did not forget to leave a spare toilet roll (in addition to the one on the roll holder). Shower gel, shampoo, etc. were provided in big bottles. But housekeeping forgot to fill up the shower gell. Apart from such minor issues. Everything else was perfect.

Property is very nice and high quality materials used

Food is very bad, breakfast is not good, quality of the food is not at all good, Greens were all dried up, never thought such poor quality in one of the Sheraton Hotels Pl visit one of the Anantara hotels in SL or Bangkok and follow their food presentations Wines served were very poor quality
