The room was great, we had a little fridge, microwave and coffee pot. We weren't expecting that. We got the beachfront room. And we loved watching the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. It was a perfect little room for my mom and myself to get away for a night.

The lady at the front desk was NOT nice. She couldn't get my card to work to put on file for the room. I'd already paid for the room online. I asked if there was a charge gona be put on the card I gave her. She assured me NO. No charge on my card. It's just in case we mess up anything in the room. I checked out today and I noticed a charge on my card last night so today at check out I asked the same lady about it. She told me it's a resort fee. I informed her I paid all fees in full on the 13th. She argued with me awhile and I finally left.....pissed. I was suggesting this place for my family and friends....now I'm rethinking it.

Staff very friendly. Amazing location. Breakfast was basic continental, but more than adequate.

Need more towels and washcloths, the poor staff had to constantly listen to guests requesting these, there seemed to be a huge shortage. I was not given the 4 rooms I booked and confirmed on booking.com. I had booked 4 efficiency rooms with 2 beds and sofa sleeper and kitchens. We were given 4 standard rooms with only 2 beds each and only 1 room had a kitchen. it did work out ok as we had several in our group that were unable to come, but wouldn't have had enough beds otherwise. We reorganized and made do. Was only charged for the rooms we received. When I asked desk staff about the change, I was told "the facility has the right to downgrade reservation due to overbooking". Nice to know about this company doing this when I book our next large family vacation in 2 years.

The room seems to need some not much work on it, there was an odor to it, I thankfully make a 100% pure disinfectant, deodorant, which keeps mice roaches snakes ect away!!! So with some of my spray this worked out great

the location is perfect with beach view and ocean access

the door key always feels activated when I left each day, they said it was because it was next to my phone but on the 2 day I left it in my car away from anything and it continued to happen for the next 5 days very annoying and made me feel uncomfortable about my room not being secure Also on the bottom floor most doors didn’t even lock and that’s easy access to thieves

The hot water wasn't always hot. This complaint is about Gulf World I was very disappointed paid 50.00 there was no dolphin show 3 15 minute chats I remember a snake show my daughter and I held it but I won't go back there

Location was phenomenal. Super close to everything. Beach balcony always a plus!

The room was very nice looking over the beach ! My kids had a great time in the hotel room they really love it! The room was really big for my family! We had know problems what’s so ever! It was a great and memorable experience!

The location was great. My room was literally steps away from the beach. The beach was private & great as well. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms could definitely be updated. Outside was a bit dirty. I believe that’s bc people just dump their trash & not care though.

Breakfast is horrible, out of creamers and the muffins were smushed. honestly I felt like they don’t have money to afford a decent breakfast even though on this night my room was near $200 they can do better on the breakfast … it’s a tiny area you could have better grab and go choices

property was right on the beach which I loved. It had a pool and a hot tub which were nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older and outdated but for the money it’s a great value don’t expect a 5 star experience, you get what you pay for but I had no issues with it. It was not as bad as what other reviews on here were saying I guess those people were expecting a luxury resort on the beach or something. Yes the hotel is outdated and could use renovations but the rooms were clean, beds were clean, towels were clean, tv worked fine, fridge and microwave worked perfect.
