I love not getting a knock on my door, to see if I need service. I also love that laundry was free, and I could get a coffee in the morning.

The only issue was the size of the television, The placement was not for laying in bed and watching TV, and the size was too small and far away to view. I don't particularly appreciate having to take my towels to the check-in desk for exchange, someone should bring up fresh towels for exchange. Of the three dryers, only one worked, I had to make four trips to restart the drying cycle.

I'm on the road every month for my work, and I stay in a lot of different hotels. We were at this location for three nights. * We paid to upgrade to the one-bedroom suite, which was so worth it. The room layout made sense. * I worked one day from the room, and the WiFi was very good and easy to access - highest marks. * Great kitchenette. * I really liked the room location! * The room HVAC was efficient. Breakfast = N/A

* The couch in the front room - the cushions were dirty from use, so we did not use it. * The location of the ice machine is poor, and sis not like that you had to go to the lobby to get ice. * I am so glad our room was not close to the elevator, as the chime when the door opened was excessively loud. * Wished the curtains could have opened wider.

My son had to find a place to stay until he moves into his new apartment. He has been with Candlewood almost a month. It has worked out very well and it has been a very good experience. Good price and well run and safe. Could not speak more highly.

The room was spacious and provided quality toiletries such as Dove products. They also provided plenty of nice, heavy towels. I loved the fact that there was an apartment sized refrigerator instead of a dorm sized one. This allowed us to put our cooler ice packs into the freezer and have them refrozen for the next day's travel.

The doors are heavy and make a lot of noise when opening/closing them. The person across the hall entered/exited their room a number of times late at night and then a couple of times before 6 AM. The slamming of the door is disruptive, especially when you are sleeping. The room wasn't as clean as it appeared, otherwise I would have given a 10 rating. There was a phone in the bathroom and there was a layer of dust on it. Also, they need to check the date on the microwave popcorn that is provided in the room. It is mid-July and the date on the popcorn was May 2023.

Full kitchen, comfortable bed, good restaurant right across the parking lot. We forgot something and they called us about it. It meant a 2 hour ride back which wasn't ideal, but we got an important item back. Free laundry but we didn't need it at the time. Tim Hortons was just at bottom of hill.

No breakfast.

The location of the property was excellent, close to the interstate, shopping, gas stations and a variety of eating options. The room was nice and clean with a nice kitchenette. They had coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, stovetop, full sized microwave oven and refrigerator. They also provided paper towels and Palmolive dish soap. The bathroom had Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner.

No continental breakfast but they had a place to purchase food

No breakfast, had a kitchen suite, large refrigerator with ice maker, decently stocked for 2, could use a paring knife and wine opener. Otherwise, it is wonderful! large bathroom, great shower facility, nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. will stay here again. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7 Wonderful view of mountains, restaurant across the parking lot, and only 2 miles from restaurants and mall.

The location and full kitchen are always the biggest plus for me

Our room seemed a little under stocked - no extra rolls of toilet paper, no forks or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, etc. These things were easy to obtain from staff, though. The shower was also difficult to figure out.

The room was exceptionally clean. I loved that there were multiple lamps that provided ample light. Although I didn't wash clothes, the free washer & dryer use are definitely worth mentioning.

Checkout at 11:00 am is too early. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 10:50 am.
