The location was amazing and the staff at the office were very welcoming and helpful with anything we asked for. The room and all the furniture looked fresh and it was very clean. We were right at the beach so under a minutes walk and my feet were on sand, amazing. The pool is beautiful and there is more than enough chairs and loungers for all guests and plenty of room to sun bathe around the pool. We're booking again soon for next year. Thanks again. There was a little construction being done during the day which created some noise but it really wasn't a problem, I just had to fill this box.

The property is right the beach, you can reach the beach literally in a minute from the building, and this is one of the best beaches in this area. Additionally, one other beach is 5 mins by walk, and another third is 20 mins by walk. Also the apartment was good enough for two people, in terms of space, considering we stayed for a week and needed separate kitchen & living area from the bedroom. Besides, the apartment is 5 mins walk from the several restaurants/bar, so we could enjoy the nightlife.

There is little support in terms of cleaning services. If the apartment could offer cleaning service, maybe to be paid separately, that would be much comfortable. Since we were on a vacation for more than a week and visiting several places on the island everyday, cleaning was quite tedious and some support here could have been more comfortable.

Our host was amazing, taking care of us and giving us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and helping us with the transfer to the airport and not only! Our studio was amazing; very clean, very quiet, amazing terrace amazing bathroom, amazing kitchen with everything that you need, all the comfort and a beautiful view. The pool is amazing ,warm, clean, and with a lot of space and available sun beds. There is a bar near the pool, with drinks and food where the services are amazing. Location is amazing, everything at walking distance ,starting with restaurants, shops , bars and beaches . Altogether, everything was beyond 5 stars. Thank you for an amazing holiday. See you next year, or maybe sooner.❤️

Nothing to dislike.

I had a fantastic stay here for a week at the end of May. I stayed in B block in a recently modernised room. The finish and furnishings were excellent. It even came with two huge tv’s, walk in shower and a nice sized balcony that got the sun throughout the day and overlooked both the sea and the pool. The apartment was spotless and nothing was not thought of. Even little things like washing up liquid and cloths to clean were there. The walls are thick so can’t hear any noise from other apartments. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained and is in a fantastic location close to some great shops and restaurants. Roberto, Georges and the team are always on hand if you need them and the process of booking and paying was seamless from start finish. I can not recommend this property enough and will definitely be back soon

We stayed mid September 2023, we have visited tenerife many times and this honestly was the best apartment that we have managed to find in Las Americas. We arrived late due to a delayed flight but the information provided about locating your room and accessing the complex was clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious and provided everything you needed in the kitchen, nice size TV, comfy bed and a good size balcony with sun beds and a table. The complex is kept clean and tidy, plenty of space around the pool and a good size pool to have a quick swim in. It was a nice and relaxing stay and I would certainly visit Tenerife Royal gardens again.

The location is perfect, the pool is beautiful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved this place and only found it last minute looking for alternative accommodation for family members when our original booking was not suitable, I will definitely be back here! :)

One v minor thing was that a lot of the apartment doors could do with a bit of TLC, freshening up, was a bit off putting at first but the apartment itself was perfect 🤗

I visited here with my Mam for the week and we had a fantastic time. The complex is so close to everything , ie: restaurants, shops and the beach. Roberto and his staff were all extremely helpful and assisted us whenever we needed them. We loved the pool and the cleanliness of it too. Ideally it would have been great if there were some parasols at the pool but there is plenty of shade if you need it. I am already planning my next trip to Tenerife and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

Everything - the location was excellent, near the beach and close to our favourite pubs and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and very modern/updated and very well equipped, on top of that we had a lovely large balcony, beautiful swimming pool and we liked the private gated entrance so it felt very safe. Staff (Roberto) was very friendly and efficient, we will definitely be coming back next year and have highly recommended these apartments to our friends best we've ever stayed in

Nothing everything was perfect

We were here 9 days and it was great! There is everything we need, good bed, living room with tv for cozy evenings, kitchen and a nice balcony! Nearby you find everything, beach, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and roomy, the people at the office were friendly and always ready to help. It was a nice holiday we are going to miss!

Swimming pool closes at 20:00, sometimes we wanted to be a little bit more, but that’s ok, there was always the ocean on the side)

Ideal location, very clean studio apartment with balcony, well appointed apartment with a complete kitchen also a washing machine!! Which pleased my wife, and comfortable bed. Pool was clean and well maintained.as was poolside areas. Staff at office very helpful with organising transport and arranging luggage room for our late checkout. I would definitely stay at TRG again in the future.
