Everything you see on their website, and socials live up to expectations and the team are amazing! The Timotheé Resort is an absolute delight. Situated on the serene banks of the Vasse River, this beautifully renovated resort is an homage to a bygone era. It masterfully blends the tranquil Busselton surroundings with a stylish, 1960s Palm Springs modernism aesthetic. The rooms are a perfect fusion of retro charm and contemporary comfort. You'll find all the necessary modcons alongside a thoughtfully curated selection of local treats, including freshly roasted coffee and beautiful toiletries. The decor is elevated by paintings from local artists and furnishings that add to the resort's unique character. Beyond the rooms, the resort offers exceptional amenities. I enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool and unwinding by the outdoor fire area. For those who want to stay active, there are tennis and volleyball courts. The inclusion of EV charging stations is a thoughtful touch that caters to modern travelers.

I wanted to stay at Busselton for a night as I was hoping to visit many touristic places across Busselton, Yallingup, & Margaret River. Gladly I chose The Timothee as my residence there. The staff member "Jiorda" was so nice and welcoming. She was able to fulfill my requests about the checkout so that I stick to my early morning plans around the region. She provided me with all the information I needed around the hotel and the services that I can make use of. The room itself was very spacious and newly renovated, which I really loved! Everything was so clean & tidy. The bed was very comfortable & I liked the garden/pool view from my balcony at the top floor. They provide you with everything in the room, so you will barely need any assistance from the room service. The resort is only 1.5 KM away from the city center, where all the big restaurants, cafes, beaches, and the famous Busselton Jetty are. Moreover, I loved the perfect communication from the hotel on my email regarding online check-in, online check-out, and all the notifications I needed to be aware of. That's what I call a perfect 5-star service!!!! Thanks so much for the awesome hospitality and the perfect service by your team member "Jiorda". If I get the chance to stay in Busselton in the next trips, The Timothee will be my first pick for sure!

We were greeted with a big warm smile and felt welcomed within minutes of walking into admin. The receptionist was very helpful with lots of recommendations of where to go and what to do. The property is very inviting and has been renovated in a modern on trend style with gorgeous earthy colour palette, light wood trim materials and soft toned furnishings. The grounds are well kept and have a tranquil feeling including a heated outdoor pool and daybed area. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable and cozy that I didn’t want leave. We had tea, milk and the best local coffee I have ever had in a properties room. Not the stock standard instant other properties supply. We took advantage of the free bikes and went for a bike ride into town and along the beach. The town is in within walking distance of the property with many options of cafes and places to eat. We loved our two night stay here and highly recommend this property. We definitely will be back again next time we visit Busselton.

The fire pit area was great, and that Indian restaurant!!! The room was exactly what we needed it to be, and we loved the palm springs vibe. Super easy after hours check in, and again super easy check out. We will be back more than once!

Everything was amazing and we intend to come back again with our kids. The only thing that would improve that future stay would be some sail shades in the pool area. We didn't use the pool on this visit but it did look somewhat exposed though very nicely presented. Another massive plus would be a microwave and more cutlery in the non kitchenette rooms.

Everything !!!! I always read reviews before I stay anywhere. At first I was a little sceptical as the room didn’t have much photos. We arrived after hours so we received email or text with code to enter. The room door has a keypad so you can enter code or card. The is convenient as you didn’t need to take card with you everywhere. The room is super cute and love the style. Tv had Netflix so we could log into our own. The pool was so nice and set to a nice temperature. What I loved the most was FREE washing machine and dryer. The curry pot which is located on site was very yummy, didn’t know that you’ll get 10% off if you give them your room number. Just note that. Also get complimentary vintage bikes, these were soooo cool. The seat did hurt a little but overall loved having this option. When we left for the day, we came back to fresh bed made and new towels, to my surprise. I didn’t know they’d clean it. Also they have a bbq with a kitchen facilities. They also had a tennis court. I love this little resort and will definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at The Timothée Resort and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms are beautifully renovated, combining retro charm with modern comforts. The heated pool and well-maintained grounds provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site Indian restaurant offered delicious meals, adding to the convenience. Located just a short drive from Busselton’s main attractions, it’s an ideal spot for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit!

The room was much more spatious than anticipated. The twin queen bed room felt like a studio with a nice seperation of the beds and a couch area. Nice details and touches which you do not always see in lower prices, including nicer bathroom products (no bar soap or 4-in-1 shampoo), cute glasses with coasters and nice drip coffee items. Large pool and tables area which was clean and well maintained with chairs and towels. Overall very clean and comfortable stay.

No complaints. We only wished there was a microwave or kitchenette facilities in the room as those rooms were unavailable for our dates. The camp kitchen had a microwave and toaster that we could use.

The location was great, easy access to Busselton CBD and main roads out of Busselton. The river song side the accommodation is great, quite space to just be. Room nicely presented, clean. Great shower. Free laundry 🧺. Easy free parking. Nice staff. The Indian restaurant The Curry Pot is certainly worth going too - beautiful food and wonderful service.

Bathroom steamed up a lot, extractor over toilet rather than shower, so whole floor was damp and slippery, had to open window which when cool in mornings is not good experience.

Wow! The Timothee Resort is absolutely beautiful. It has been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated. The owners have considered so many little things when renovating this property and also are showcasing local artists and producers in the products used in their rooms. Our room backed onto the beautiful expanse of lawn leading up to the Vasse River and the call of the local birdlife was beautiful.

We were in room 3 which is a King Deluxe Room and ground floor which is wonderful. I had a wonderful swim in the pool and lay on the very comfortable sun loungers a couple of times. They provide lovely pool towels for guests to use and some rooms have hooks outside their doors, however, our room did not. I had to dry my togs and towel on the very comfortable plastic chairs, but would have preferred a hook. It really is no huge problem, but a hook would have freed up both chairs to sit on, which I did regularly while enjoying my morning coffee.

We booked a 2 bed apartment which turned out not to be available due to refurbishments. As an alternative we were offered 2 one bed apartments. They were spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Fixtures and fittings looked new and were good quality. The pool area was really well maintained and it was great to be able to have a swim after a long drive.The staff were lovely, very friendly.

Nothing, would highly recommend. Just worth noting that it’s a bit further into the town centre/ foreshore than we thought.
