The room was lovely& beautifully clean, Had plenty of tea , coffee, sugar etc in room plus a small fridge which had water and fresh milk in. Bed was very comfortable ,we slept very well . Nice and quiet B&B. Breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal we chose to have. Nice that the room had two chairs in as well most places we find only have one. Shower was really good with plenty of hot water and a lovely fluffy dressing gown. In a great position for the High street. Cannot fault The Willow . Thank you to everyone there for a fab stay and also for the chocolates left for us to enjoy in our room. Hope to return again when we come up to the Dales again for sure and will recommend to all.

If we had to be really really picky the en- suite was a fairly small room but that is something that cannot be altered and we managed just fine and was not a problem .

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and quiet. A wonderful gem we’ve found here. Well worth the money we paid. Best place we have stayed in a long time. The bed was huge and so comfortable to the point where we checked what the mattress was so we could get one for home. They clearly do pride themselves on comfort. It had everything we needed. Lots to of gorgeous little touches which made the stay even more welcoming. It had original beams and feature original stone walls. Truly beautiful. The breakfast was lovely too. Really nice quality products and ingredients were really good quality. Really nice fruit salad lovey yoghurts. Very quaint little place. Added bonus parking was free too.

Nothing it was truly excellent.

Superb bedroom - spacious with two chairs to lounge in, tv, refreshments including fresh milk for hot drinks (lots of choice of teas and coffees) bottles of water - all way and above normal. The breakfast was superb, beautiful fresh fruit, juice, hot drinks and a huge fried breakfast served piping hot with plenty of toast. A really exceptional place to stay. All of it was exceptionally good value too. Brilliant location and easy to find.

Great location in a lovely town.. Very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Great for a short stay. Nice warm room. Complementary bottles of water, biscuits and chocolates. Also toiletries in bathroom. Very quiet location even though we were in the town centre.

Pillows uncomfortable. Supplied hard and soft but not very thick. Bathroom very tight with low ceiling! Car park at the rear of the property was full but we parked around the corner with no restrictions.

The room and ensuite were very nice. Breakfast was excellent, and we had an evening meal which was genuinely home cooked and extremely nice particularly the desserts which were yo die for.

Parking was a big of an issue. Yes, there is a car park behind the B&B, which is virtually full all the time. There is a public car park where if you park after 6 is free but then you have to feed the meter first thing in the morning.

En-suite room excellent, cleaned and refreshed each day. Breakfast each morning greeted with fresh fruit bowl, orange juice, and yoghurt as standard.

It was very well situated in the centre of town. We received a call from the owner around 11 am stating the room was ready. We could check in early. The check in originally wasn’t until 3pm. We were already in Patel bridge so that was a bonus. The room was lovely. The only issue we had was the beds. They were not as comfortable as they looked. They were very hard. Fortunately we were only starting one night the breakfast was included in our price of the room. It was lovely. Local sources produce. Could not fault the Willow. I would definitely go back. Off the resolve the bed issue. Needs a better mattress. Staff lovely, owner lovely world highly recommend

Nothing to dislike apart from the bed.

We hadn't realised beforehand that there was a restaurant as part of the B&B. This was excellent, serving our preferred style of food. The breakfast was exceptional. The bedroom was spacious and we could watch TV sitting on chairs rather than having to lie on the beds as is so often the case. The beds were really comfortable too.

Just a suggestion really. Home-made marmalade and jam?

This is how a B&B should be! It was welcoming, cosy, quiet, comfortable, warm and homely. We had teas, coffees, biscuits, fresh milk, fridge and chocolate in our room. The breakfast was also really good and generous. We’d stayed here after a 10 day road trip around Scotland and experienced a lot of different places, paying more than we did here, this by far was far best and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again, for longer next time!

The breakfast was excellent. A good choice and all quality ingredients used were very fresh. Wish we had known about evening meal availability as we wouldn't have needed to arrange other options elsewhere. A very picturesque town with a good range of local shops.

We didn't experience anything we didn't like.
