Good and quiet location. Short walk to all important places. Shared roof terrace with sea view. Beautiful garden-like courtyard and access to a beautiful church from inside. Single room is cozy and bathroom is large. Good breakfast. Working wifi. I would say an elegant hotel.

There was a kettle in the room which was a nice touch. However, no coffee/tea was replenished after the day of arrival. I had to ask for more tea myself on the last night. I had only had one cup/day, which I think is a reasonable amount. The teacup were also not washed after the day of arrival. Small things, but they matter to the customer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in the peaceful district of Ortigia, and everything can be explored on foot. There's a fantastic spot for swimming in the sea right across from the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, and the coffee in the morning was perfect. My room was clean and tidy, with a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room rate included bicycles, which I highly recommend, as there are beautiful cycling routes along the coast in Syracuse. 5 stars for this place!

This was such a treat! A BEAUTIFUL building - more salubrious than I was expecting - very quiet and such a cool haven during the heat wave. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a lovely buffet with cooked eggs to order if you want them. My room wasn't large but ample for just me, with a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was so comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. Highly recommended - a lovely experience to stay with the nuns!

Honestly, I don't know if I'd recommend the in-house spa for its massage. Not great, I'm afraid.

Everything! Location was perfect. Directly on the beautiful sea and walking distance to all the sites in Ortigia, but in a quiet peaceful location. Everything was spotless in the hotel. Helpful, kind staff. I was a solo traveler and in a single room. It was perfect. Nice size, space for my luggage, nice size bathroom and the AC was amazing!

Nothing! Would definitely stay here again! Wish I could have stayed longer and used the spa services.

Very nice staff behind the counter in the reception with warm welcoming and professionalism. A home-made cake was waiting in the room as a gift upon arrival. The breakfast was great, fresh strawberries and home-made olives among other things. The breakfast area was very nice and the experience around it similar to a 5-star hotel.

Location was great, everything was clean and tidy, helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, and the parking nearby convenient.

The shower needs some TLC, especially the hand shower, or at least descaling it, and the water in the shower drains very slowly and tends to pool.

A warm welcome was given. The place is spotless, bed linen was so fresh. Location is excellent. Solarium is fab on the roof and having a chiesa and a Capella in the hotel was so calming. Breakfast was beautiful. Had a single room and it was incredibly spacious. Gorgeous property.

The location was excellent, right in the edge of town looking over the water and a short walk form the public garage. Also the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, very friendly and accommodating. We were able to use the spa facilities at the sister property the day of our arrival and they were able to get us in for a private visit to the Turkish bath plus a massage.

We originally were meant to stay at the sister property but were swapped a few days prior due to renovations. This wasn’t a problem but we still went to breakfast each day across the way.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a grate view on the sea. Good breakfast and a nice little terrace on the top to enjoy the fresh air.

Its very closed everything. Very elegant but also to thick curtains make the rooms very dark. But in the rooms you cAn open them and also the windows and you have the sea coming into the room😁

Perfect location, right next to the seashore in a fantastic building. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was nice always having someone to greet you. There were good choices for breakfast.
